Our villa is perfect for people who want to come to Greece, see the major sites of natural beauty in Corfu island and also having relaxing holidays around our outer pool and Jacuzzi. It makes for the perfect sea, sun and fun kind of holiday.

Our holiday vacation rental is a complete package. It includes Villa Paramonas, a large, beautiful, modern villa located directly on the Ionian seashore at Paramonas beach with a private 85 square meter swimming pool for your relaxation and a 6 – 7 person Jacuzzi to make you relax better. You will not find a better bargain in Corfu. Our Villa is large and spacious with sea view through out. Our Villa location is very convenient to both downtown Corfu and the airport.

The Villa’s design with space, light, luxury and privacy dominated by sea view and surrounded by olive groves. Large comfortable bedrooms with sea side balconies and a large Jacuzzi in the main bedroom. Palatial living area. Air Conditioned throughout with individual room thermostats to meet each occupant’s personal comfort level in the heat of the summer in Corfu .

Villa Paramonas is a large (230 square meter) single-family holiday villa having 2 levels located close to the sea with a private swimming pool and an attached garage . It is not part of a townhouse, condominium or apartment complex nor does it share a common wall with another house. The 2 levels are a penthouse bedroom level, the bedroom level with three bedrooms, one master bedroom with an open Jacuzzi and direct sea view + extra WC and shower ,one second master double bedroom with a balcony and a WC/Jacuzzi bathroom and finally 1 single bedrooms with balcony and sea view. On the first level there’s a single double bedroom , WC/Bathroom, kitchen area, dining-room, open living room, office corner, veranda with sea view . For your communication services we offer a telephone line (local calls only) and free internet access via Lan or Wi-Fi access since all villa’s area is covered by wi-fi access. Our villa is also equipped with Satellite TV set, Playstation, and BBQ (barbeque) corner. All of our verandas have fully sea view at the of Paramonas Corfu. Nearby there’s a separate fully luxury new suite “Honeymoon Suite” equipped with double king size bed, an open Jacuzzi, private WC/Bathroom, satellite TV, home cinema, air conditioning unit, and a large private veranda.

The house is nested in a hillside and each level except the penthouse bedroom has direct ground level access. We only rent to one group at a time.

The Ionian Islands region

Villa Paramonas is situated at the South West coasts of Corfu Island less than 200 meters from Paramonas beach. Paramonas Beach is an excellent small sandy beach with crystal clear and safety waters (not deep) which makes it ideal for safe swimming. Two traditional tavernas stand beside the waves. To the south are the clean and peacefull beaches of Prasoudi, Kanouli, and Skidi, worth keeping in mind if you seek solitude during the peak holiday season in Corfu. The closest villages around Paramonas beach are Ag.Mathaios and Pentati Village. Ag.Mathaios village is one of the biggest villages in Corfu with population of 1500 people, built on the lower slopes of the same name mountain. It’s a village filled with many corfiot traditions since it has it’s own philharmonic orchestra , female old-ladies folklore vocal groups, and traditional cafes on the main street. A huge dense forest of oaks, fruit-bearing trees and wild olive groves incircles the village.

During the 19th century fugitives from the law were hiding out amongst the myrtles and lentisk shrubs. Near the summit stands the monastery of Pantokrator (the almighty), built at the start of 4th century AD. It’s remarkable all-nigh festival takes place on August 6th and it’s well worth seeing. Nearby is the entrance to a cave which is said to lead down to the sea. The historical value of the place is undisputed. From here traces of Mesolithic man have been found. Another village which is close to Paramonas Villa, is Pentati. The village has less than 300 people population, and is’t also surrounded by wild olive groves . Every August a traditional fish festival takes place , where you can taste for free some sardines and other kinds of fishes since Pentati village used to host many fishermen families in Corfu.
