Peyrecout, a renovated Corps de Ferme, is set in three acres of tranquil hillside, with spectacular views, recently renovated to a high standard, with 66m2 swimming pool in summer and hot tub (Jacuzzi) out of summer.
The holiday accommodation comprises of 2 self-contained nice holiday cottages situated in the stone-built former barn and a self-contained cottage in the renovated farmhouse. Peyrecout is the ideal holiday for couples, families, friends and celebrations. Long lets available.
The farmhouse is in the beautiful unspoiled Pays des Bastides area of Tarn, departement 81, in south west France part of the area known collectively as the Midi-Pyrénées. Only a few minutes away is Laguépie, a lively town famous for its chestnut festival, which is situated between the popular bastide and medieval towns of Cordes-sur-Ciel, Monesties, Najac, Puycelsi and St. Antonin-Noble-Val. Or you could , Roquefort, Toulouse Lautrec Museum in Albi, Millau Viaduct or one of the many Gaillac vineyards. There are a variety of activities within a few kilometres of the farm including canoeing, horse riding, walking, cycling and the Cap' Découverte Leisure and Adventure Park.
Situated 94km north-east of Toulouse and 73km from Rodez airports Peyrecout is ideal as a base to explore South West France.

INSIDE LES SOULIERES
Sleeping: The cottage accommodates up to 2 people with 1 double bedroom with en-suite facilities. We can add on your demand a single bed for a child (under 6)or cot for baby. The double bedroom has a solid wood, antique style double sleigh bed complete with quality mattress, comfortable quilt . A matching wardrobe and chest of drawers are part of the ensemble.
Bathrooms: The cottage has 1 bathroom upstairs. To pamper yourself, the en-suite bathroom is newly fitted and has a large walk-in shower and a large bath, heated towel rails and twin wash basins.
Entertainment: Relax on the comfortable sofa There is a library of books for your use and enjoyment.
Eating and Living: There is room for 3 in the living room. The open plan kitchen is equipped to a high standard including electric oven and fitted gas hob, large fridge with useful size freezer compartment, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is plenty of cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils.
An iron, ironing board are also provided.
Heating: electric fire are provided during the months required (extra cost).
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the cottage.

Swimming Pool: The 11×6m swimming pool (during summer) is an ideal place to relax during the day. There are comfortable sun loungers, parasols and an abri providing a shady area to relax in. The swimming pool fully complies with recent French safety legislation. (Normally open June – September)
Jacuzzi (Hot Tub): Relax in the evening in our Jacuzzi / Hot tub (out of summer). The natural way to relax and unwind… feel the benefits.
Laundry Room: The laundry room with a washing machine available next to the cottage.
Parking: You may park your car in the old barn but you can drive up to the cottage for unloading and packing.
When you arrive you have to give a deposit (cash or french cheque) 100€. You will have it back at the end of your stay
On july and august, renting is from saturday to saturday. Out of this period, flexible day to arrive
you can rent towels (pool and toilet) for 8e by person
You can esk for cleaning during your stay (12€ by hour) or final cleaning 35€

Peyrecout is in the beautiful unspoiled Pays des Bastides area of Tarn in South West France part of the area known collectively as the Midi-Pyrénées. We are close to the many bastide towns unique to the South West of France. Our local village, 5mins away, is Laguépie nestled at the junction of the rivers Viaur and Aveyron. Laguépie is a lively market town with its famous for its chestnut festival and medieval castle bordering Tarn et Garonne and Aveyron` which is situated between the popular bastide towns of Cordes-sur-Ciel, Najac, Puycelsi and St. Antonin-Noble-Val.
There are a variety of activities within a few kilometres of the farm including canoeing, horse riding, walking, golf ,sailing, cycling and mountain biking. Only 15minutes away is Cap'Découverte where you can water ski, snowboard, ski, zip-line and toboggan all summer .
