Patio doors lead to large south facing patio for alfresco dining, seating four. Large air conditioned bedroom, with doors to patio. Wardrobe, drawers and storage facilities, including fitted secure safe for passports and valuables. Double bed and one single sofabed, ideal for couple with one child.

The apartments has one large south facing patio area, with standard patio furniture and overlooks landscaped private gardens and large private adult and children's swimming pools (unheated) shared only by resident guests. There is plentiful car parking provision adjacent to apartment block. This is a ground floor apartment and has good disability access.

Superb Beaches at Oura (12-15 minutes walk), Pescadores and St Eulalia (both within 15 minutes walk) are approx. 1 km from apartment. Local buses are also available, but taxis are inexpensive and regularly available. There are many more fine beaches within a 15-20 minute drive. Find your own secluded Algarve cove.

For the Golf lover, there are 8 excellent top class golf courses within a short driving distance, including Oceanic Victoria which staged the 2009 Portugal Masters. The attractive and highly rated Balaia par 3 course is also within 1 km.

The Algarve region

Situated on the extreme South of Portugal, this part of Portugal was the last to be conquered from the Moors by the Portuguese king in 1292. Traces of the Moorish presence are still seen in its unique architecture - terraces, chimneys and whitewashed houses.

However, the distance that was difficult to cover back in the 13th century is no longer an obstacle thanks to the modern Lisbon-Albufeira-Castro Marim road (IP1) or Faro international airport. So why not visit this charming region, with its idyllic temperatures which are ideal for playing golf and other sports. In the northern part of the Algarve, the hills of Espinhação de Cão, Monchique and Caldeirão shelter the coast from strong winds.

This brightly coloured region, with its fig trees, orange groves and almond trees in blossom, is also the most verdant and fertile. The southern coastline consists of a long stretch of fabulous sandy beaches, broken up by fantastic rugged cliffs and grottoes.

The fabulous climate, with more than 300 days of sunshine annually and the friendly charm of the people, persuade many visitors to return year after year.

Parque da Corcovada is a new, deluxe holiday complex, conveniently located within 5 minutes walk of many local shops, convenience stores, bars, cafes and restaurants.
