The villa is bright and airy throughout and tastefully decorated with neutral colours.
The ground floor consist of a large open plan kitchen , dining and living area with separate WC and large cloak/storage room.
1st floor consist of master bedroom en suite and 2 large double bedrooms which open onto private balcony with sea views also on this floor a large family bathroom with WC bath and shower.
All rooms have air con and additional ceiling fans in all bedrooms provided.

Large garden areas for sun bathing , scented plants , shaded dining areas (if preferred), balcony with beautiful sea views. Large private pool 8 x 4 and paved sunbathing area with sun loungers and parasol.

The Paphos region
The beautiful village of Peyia is 5 mins away .The Tomb of the kings ,the bird and animal park & water park are all withih 15-20 mins drive away. Paphos Airport 20 min.
The beautiful capital of Paphos is a short drive away (buses every 15 min).
The harbour of Paphos attracts visitors all year round.
It is lovely to stroll along the sea front , were you will find a selection of taverns, shops and restaurants.
The view is breathtaking inn the early evening when the sun is going down.
The Castle is also located near the Harbour and is well worth the visit.
The Akamas Penninsular is near by here you will find the baths of Aphrodite where you can swim in crystal clear water.
A visit to Cyprus would not be complete without a trip to Latchi a beautiful fishing village were you can enjoy the relaxed surroundings and traditional restaurants along the waterfronts, you can take a boat to the blue lagoon.
The Coral Bay area
Coral bay is a popular resort that provides all the facilities that you need for the perfect holiday.
The centre is 5 min walk from the villa which is lined with shops, tavernes and restaurants.
You will find the beautiful blue flagged beach of Coral Bay within 10 min walk and this is a beautiful and unspoiled sandy beach that stretches for miles.
Here you can enjoy swimming , sunbathing and water sports.
The beautiful village of peyia is 5 min drive away were you can enjoy some traditional cuisine and culture.
The bird & animal park is 10 min drive (daily buses available).
Also waterpark, horse riding and go karting all nearby.

For a private, peaceful and relaxing break, St Killian's is an ideal choice and is in an excellent location and only a few minutes stroll to the strip with its bars, restaurants and nightlife. It was our first holiday in Cyprus and our first time staying in a Villa, which we can honestly say we had a truly amazing time and would highly recommend it. The villa was well-equipped, and we enjoyed our meals alfresco by the beautiful pool area and in the evening watched the sun set on the side terrace, with night lighting creating a relaxed ambiance. The Villa is really close to Paphos Airport which was brilliant when arriving and leaving as it wasn't a long drive at all to the Villa. We are looking forward to returning to Cyprus again soon and will certainly stay at St Killians |

We stayed recently in St. Killians Villa. This is a stunning villa with large gardens and beautiful plants, great sea views, fab. private swimming pool, walking distance to all amenitys. Would recommend this villa. Go and have a look ! |
