The landscaped gardens have been designed for outdoor living, and families will particularly enjoy the level, fully enclosed grounds, which enjoy peace and privacy. The plants have been carefully chosen with hay fever sufferers and children in mind. In the early morning you can usually enjoy the gentle drone of bees as they collect pollen from the numerous Mediterranean plants, which proved an intoxicating scent and splash of colour. There is a mature citrus orchard at the end of the garden, providing a shaded area for reading, picnicking or for children to play. Help yourself to lemons for your sundowner Gin & Tonic or breakfast pancakes, or enjoy a freshly picked mandarin or grapefruit for an al fresco breakfast. The large level lawned area can be seen from the kitchen, lounge & patio.
There are ample dining facilities for enjoying al fresco meals, including a formal dining area beside the house, beneath the shade of a pergola, and a second area with picnic table beside the BBQ and pool. There is an outdoor lounge area, where you can relax and enjoy a balmy Mediterranean evening; or take a blanket and lie on the grass, and marvel at the clarity of the star-filled evening skies.
There is a large Cypriot-style stone barbeque, with preparation area & sink.
