Villa Montana is a lovely modern villa with private swimming pool, situated only 800 metres from the centre of Coral Bay with its shops, bars, restaurants, banks, supermarkets and lovely sandy beach - the most famous in the area.

The villa stands among banana plantations, providing a tropical feel to your holiday. Villa Montana provides comfortable accommodation for up to 7 persons. The villa has a spacious wooden, open plan kitchen/dining area with traditional cool tile floor which opens into the separate lounge area. The large pool(10x4 metres) is surrounded by a spacious terrace for bathing the day away!

The Paphos region

The popular resort of Coral Bay provides all the facilities for a perfect holiday in the sun. Its centre is lined with shops, bars and restaurants offering a choice of both Cypriot and international cuisine. Down on the beach, the shallow waters are wonderful for bathing and water sports alike – from para sailing and jet skis to banana boat rides. The ancient capital of Paphos is a short drive or bus ride away for wall-to-wall historical sites and livelier night-life. Close by, the charming village of Peyia offers the perfect place to sample Greek Cypriot meze in a traditional taverna.

Cyprus enjoys one of the healthiest climates in the world with pollution free atmosphere and plenty of sunshine. Mean temperatures range from 18°C in December to 35°C (96°F) in August

The Coral Bay area

During your stay we recommend the following places to visit: Akamas peninsula park .
ST.GEORGE church; baths of Aphrodite;Tombs of the Kings;Historical park in Kato Paphos and Paphos castle. Or why not try the Agios Neophytos monastery.

Coral bay village set 11 kilometres (15 minutes drive) to the north of Paphos and 3 kilometres below the friendly, hillside village of Peyia is Coral Bay, the best natural beach in the area. This is an established resort with many villas above a wide curve of dark golden sand. The summer heat is often tempered by a gentle breeze, the sea has a shallow margin where children may play safely and, in the busier months, water sports on offer include pedaloes, water skiing, banana boats, wetbikes and windsurfing.

Close by the Bay you will find four large hotels, banks, minimarkets for provisions and souvenirs, bars, restaurants and other shops. For casual alfresco meals, a couple of bars/snack bars overlooking the sea and a large restaurant in the next bay are open during the day. More tavernas and local shops are a short drive away. A perfect location for a casual seaside holiday with plenty to do and a European Blue Flag beach. This is also an excellent base for touring the Paphos area, with all it has to offer.

Drive out of Paphos Airport following the "exit" signs until you reach a 'T' junction (3 or 4 km)
Turn left towards Paphos. After about a 1 km turn right and drive North following the signs for the motorway (A6),
then after about 1 km turn left to join the new motorway (A6) to Paphos.
(IF YOU ARE FLYING TO LARNACA FOLLOW THE SIGNS TO PAPHOS )At the end of the motorway you will find a roundabout (about 10 mins up to this point).
At the roundabout take the first exit towards Kato Paphos.
Go straight through the next round-about
At the second roundabout take the third exit (exit on the right) with signs for Coral Bay, Pegeia (Peyia), Kathikas, Polis.
Carry on straight through 2 or 3 sets of traffic lights.
This road runs into the Tombs of the Kings Rd
You carry on straight following the signs to , Coral Bay, Peyia,
This is a long straight coastal road with hotels and banana plantations.Just before you reach coral bay on your left you will see a big bay, the sea is few metres from the road ,right after the bay the first office you find on the left hand side is our office CORAL CYPRIA TRAVEL,there is a big sign.
Our office CORAL CYPRIA TRAVEL is 200 metres before coral bay crossroad on the left hand side opposite of NEW ROOTS NURSERY - please remember before you reach coral bay to call GEORGE on 00357 99628114 to offer you any help to find our office but no worries at all with us you will never be lost.
Once you arrive at our office GEORGE will be welcoming you and will escort you to your villa.

Just to thank you and your staff once again for such a wonderful 2 weeks in Villa Montanna.The pictures on your website really do not do the villa justice(there are lovely views from all balcony's upstairs) you should take pics of these......we did! Just a short note to thank you for a wonderful holiday at Villa Montana. This was our first experience of booking accommodation direct and we were a little apprehensive, however, any concerns we had were unnecessary when booking with Coral Cypria. Everything went smoothly from the initial enquiry to our arrival at Coral Bay.


The villa far exceeded all of our expectations, very large with a beautiful swimming pool area and with all the comforts of home. Ideally situated just near enough to Coral Bay to allow us to walk if we wanted to enjoy the local refreshments.


Your service was excellent, with the small problems being solved very quickly and the welcome pack provided just the right provisions to get us started after a long journey. The 2 bottles of wine were a very welcome additional surprise.


We would certainly recommend you and Coral Cypria, as good quality and value for money. Certainly on our next visit to Cyprus, which hopefully will not be to long, we will be in touch.


Thanks again for a great holiday, hope to see you again in the near future.
