About the home

This brand-new fully air conditioned villa in the popular sea resort of Coral Bay is situated in a very convenient location for the shops and tavernas. It is also just a short walk to the beach, yet is set back just far enough to be quiet too.

Coral Bay Cottage is a new 3-bedroom villa and communal pool. It is situated in Coral Bay, Cyprus minutes from the beach and has wonderful mountain views.

The villa was recently built, the works having been completed in Summer 2004. The villa offers a high standard of accommodation and facilities, being an ideal retreat for anyone wishing to get away from the hustle & bustle of every day life.

We also have available a 2 bedroom property based in the same complex.

Facilities

The lounge is furnished to a high standard, complete with two sofas and a chair. There is also a TV, satelite system and DVD player. There is an additional WC with hand basin on this floor. The spacious kitchen has a washing machine, microwave and fridge and is fully stocked with crockery and cutlery.

You can eat in the dining room or the outside patio area overlooking the pool.

Upstairs you will find the three bedrooms and bathroom. All the bedrooms are fully air conditioned.

The master bedroom (left) has a king sized double bed plus en-suite facilities which include a shower room with WC. The shutter sliding patio style doors face to the front of the property and overlook the swimming pool and mountain views .

Of the other two bedrooms one is equipped with a double bed and the other has twin beds. There is a main shower room on this floor between the two.

The Paphos region

Cyprus enjoys one of the healthiest climates in the world with pollution free atmosphere and plenty of sunshine. Mean temperatures range from 8°C (42°F) in December to 35°C (96°F) in August.

Summers in Paphos begin in early and finish late (April-November), making it a popular place for summer holiday sunseakers. The winters are cooler however still very pleasent and make an idea place for walking, cycling and relaxing holiday. The tempreature can easily reach the high 30's during the summer months, which is why you will find many properties with air conditioning.

The Coral Bay area

Paphos is said to be one of the most beautiful parts of Cyprus, and its tourist industry has certainly increased in recent years. Set upon lovely sandy beaches such as Coral Bay and home to some of the islands best archaeological sites, Paphos is popular with everyone from young singles to families.

This is still a fairly undeveloped resort with an attractive fishing harbour and small yachting marina. As the resort lies on a rocky hill, the lower area of Kato Paphos is better recommended for those with walking difficulties. Paphos is a very cultural area, and there is plenty to see and do, including impressive old ruins and many cultural heritage sites of interest.

Flights to Cyprus take approximately four hours from the UK.

The villa is situated in a central Coral Bay location, approximately 40 minutes travel from Paphos Airport. The beautiful Coral Bay beach is a mere 5 minute walk away. Coral Bay main street is a 2 minute walk.

There are frequent bus services between Coral Bay and Paphos, so a hire car is not essential. A taxi service is available for transfers to and from the airport.
