Villa Rose is a newly completed luxury villa in Coral Bay enjoying a private position only 100m from the Mediterranean Sea. Within easy walking distance of several beaches and Coral Bay’s wide range of amenities, Villa Rose is ideal for couples and families seeking a relaxing holiday destination with all mod cons and an excellent bus service meaning there’s no need to hire a car!

Situated in a quiet location in central Coral Bay, Villa Rose benefits from a feeling of openness with peace and quiet in abundance. Sitting out on the property’s sun terrace or balcony you could literally hear a pin drop at times. And of course you can be pretty confident the sun will shine, providing all the warmth you could wish for on a relaxing Cyprus villa holiday.

Villa Rose is set within a cul-de-sac in a small and up-market development in Coral Bay entered by private road then driveway. The villa’s frontage is characterised by beige tones, stone pillars and wooden pergolas, set off against the landscaped gardens and wonderful mountain backdrop. As you walk up the private driveway, you see the well manicured landscaped garden and large (8m x 4m) private pool and sun terrace before accessing the property.

As you enter Villa Rose, a small reception area leads on to a kitchen with modern appliances (including dishwasher) then lounge which features comfortable sofa with remote controlled reclining section, Plasma TV with Satellite and DVD player for entertainment. There is further benefit of a downstairs bedroom, with access to the adjacent shower room for convenience.

Upstairs in Villa Rose there is a twin room with two beds and fitted wardrobes, master bedroom with double sized bed and fitted wardrobes and a bathroom with bath, shower, wc and wash hand basin. Both bedrooms have access to the large balcony with unique garden area in the most peaceful setting. A sofa set with 4 chairs has been provided as have sun loungers to enjoy breakfast or coffee on the balcony, admire the local nature and to relax and soak up the sunshine. There is even a hammock if you fancy a nap or watching the soft ripples of the sea or clear shining stars depending on time of day.

The villa benefits from having wireless internet at no extra cost, is fully air-conditioned and has a supply of fresh drinking water to the kitchen. There is an electronic safety deposit box and the water is heated by solar panels on the roof. A travel cot is available at no extra charge on request.

Outside Villa Rose, the 8m x 4m private swimming pool is surrounded by sunbathing terraces set with sunbeds and parasol. The pool terrace, accessed from both lounge and downstairs bedroom offers shade, and is set with table and six chairs for outdoor dining. With gas BBQ included, this provides the ideal place for relaxing, taking in the views, alfresco dining and socialising with your party. The carefully landscaped garden at the front and sides adds to the appeal.

**Please note that this property can be accessed at any time after 3pm on arrival day so don't worry if you have a late flight. There is a keysafe which we provide a code for. We can arrange taxi transfer by our own driver who knows where the property is and assist with car hire from the airport if desired. The property is professionally managed (you will always have a contact) and has linen changes and cleaning on a weekly basis. Air-Conditioning is included in the rental price as is a welcome pack of basic essentials and wine for your arrival.**

The Paphos region

This really is a perfect location for a casual seaside holiday, and an excellent base for touring the Paphos area, with all it has to offer. An excellent bus service takes you into the town of Paphos with its historical harbour, gift shops and restaurants. Also the ‘Old Town’ of Paphos with its blend of high quality shops and traditional markets.

Within a short driving distance are the Troodos Mountains, Latchi Beach, Akamas Forrest, Lara Beach, Aphrodite’s Rock, Baths of Aphrodite and three championship golf courses to name but a few. Paphos also boasts one of the best water parks in Cyprus.

Things to do in the area include Paphos Bird Park, reptile park, horse riding, Akamas Peninsular & Lara Nature Reserve, hiking/walking, buggy safaris, 4 x 4 safaris, sea caves area, sailing and many more. Amusement and water parks in Paphos are also easily accessible from Coral Bay as are numerous archaeological ruins such as the Tombs of the Kings.

If you want to get out and explore some fantastic scenery, take a trip to the Akamas, Polis, Latchi or even Troodos mountains. The Akamas is an untouched part of Cyprus with unspoilt coastline and traditional fish taverns in stunning seaside locations. Troodos is of course the main mountain range in Cyprus, not many people know that in the winter....you can ski!

The Coral Bay area

11 kilometres (15 minutes drive) to the West of Paphos and 3 kilometres below the friendly and picturesque, hillside village of Peyia is Coral Bay, the best natural (European Blue Flag) beach in the area. This is an established resort with many villas set apart from one another above a wide curve of dark golden sand. The summer heat is often tempered by a gentle breeze and the sea has a shallow margin where children may play safely. In the busier months, water sports on offer include pedaloes, water skiing, banana boats, jet skis and windsurfing.

Close by the Bay you will find large hotels, banks, shops, mini-markets (for provisions and souvenirs), bars, restaurants and street cafes for casual alfresco meals. There are tavernas and snack bars overlooking the sea and a large restaurant in the next bay which is open during the day.

More tavernas and local shops are just a short drive away. Coral bay beach is a 10-15 minute stroll with the local (pebbled) beach (also offering watersports) just 100m away. Buses travel all around Paphos and surrounding villages. The current deal of a day pass is 2 euros making this a great value way to see around the area.

"We have had a lovely holiday in villa rose it was perfect, the villa is beautiful, with everything we could have wished for and spotlessly clean. The welcome pack certainly came in useful with all the basics we needed for when we arrived. Angela from the management company was very helpful and quickly responded to any query we had. Andy the taxi driver was great and very professional, meeting us at the airport and collecting us promptly for our return, such a friendly man and gave us some great tips and information. A couple of the lamps and the bathroom light also went whilst we were there but we had one spare bulb from the front door light that Angela had left we used in the bathroom. We would have no hesitation in staying in villa rose again(thanks for the voucher, hopefully we can use it soon!) our holiday was perfect one of the best villas we have stayed in. "A really lovely villa with everything you could want - a real home from home. We have just returned from a two week holiday and were very sad to leave. I would not hesitate to book this villa again. Thank you very much for a superb holiday. The description and photographs of the property on the web site were very good and the property was exactly as described. We had a fabulous week. I had some very relaxing hours reading a book while gently swinging in the hammock while Carol chilled out by the pool . All too often hammocks are not there or are damaged but this one was brilliant. Many thanks for the welcome pack which was useful given the hour of our arrival. We had no complaints whatsoever during our stay and would recommend Villa Rose to anyone. Thanks again for a great holiday.
