This two storey three bedroom villa in a quiet corner of a residential cul de sac is within a few minutes walk of all the amenities the lively resort of Coral Bay has to offer, including the Blue Flag beach.
The open plan ground floor is stylishly furnished with leather sofas, a coffee table, TV (limited satellite channels) and DVD player. The large dining table has 8 high backed leather chairs and the kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. A guest cloakroom is also located on the ground floor.
The villa has wireless internet connection.
The three bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master double bedroom has a double bed and a private balcony that overlooks the pool area. Two twin bedrooms and a full family bathroom are also located on this floor.
All 3 bedrooms, the living area and dining area are equipped with air conditioning units which are included in the price. A safety deposit box and a hairdryer are provided. A baby cot and highchair can be supplied on request (please note: linen is not supplied with the baby cot).
The private 8 metre x 4 metre swimming pool is surrounded by an extensive paved terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and an poolside shower. A barbecue is supplied for outdoor dining. A gated driveway leads to private parking and flower borders add a splash of colour to the property perimeter.
The villa is in located in the same cul de sac as other villas in our portfolio, making them the ideal choice for larger parties wishing to holiday together.

The Paphos region
Paphos Town approximately 13 kilometres away, was once the capital of the island is now included in the official UNESCO list of cultural and natural treasures of the world's heritage. The remains of villas, palaces, theatres, fortresses and tombs mean that the town is of exceptional architectural and historic value. The well preserved mosaics and the Tombs of the Kings are probably the biggest cultural draw with further archaeological discoveries continually being made. Ano Pafos on the cliff is the main administrative centre and residential district while Kato Pafos, by the sea, is the main tourist area built around the harbour and medieval port.
Mini golf, watersports and go-karting are all activities available in the immediate Coral Bay area. The Pafos Bird and Animal Park with its daily parrot shows and the Horse Riding Stables which cater for all ages and abilities are both within a 10 minute drive. Extend your exploring to encompass the town of Paphos and the list of available activities expands to include a snooker hall, bowling alley, waterpark, several Heritage sites, attractive harbour area and modern shopping facilities.
There are 3 golf courses; Tsada Golf Course, Secret Valley Golf Course and Aphrodite Hills Golf Course within approximately 40 minutes drive.
Coral Bay is the well known beach resort for the Paphos district. This family oriented area has become a lively resort with plenty to offer in terms of amenities and activities. The centre of the resort is approximately 400 metres away and features a wide selection of restaurants offering both Cypriot and International Cuisines, cafes, bars, shops, a choice of supermarkets, several banks, a chemist and a laundry.
The resort boasts two sandy beaches, the busier of the two being the popular Coral Bay Beach approximately 1 kilometre from the villa. This sandy horseshoe shaped bay is honoured with a Blue Flag of the European Union. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire, watersports are on offer and there are two beach cafés providing refreshments. A little further along the coast is the quieter of the two beaches at Corallia Bay. Continue still further along the coast and you reach the natural rock caves of the area know locally as Sea Caves, an area which provides ideal snorkelling territory and is popular with local scuba diving schools.
For a taste of the more traditional head to the tiny fishing hamlet of St Georges from where you can enjoy some of the islands most memorable sunset views and dine at one of the small collection of family run tavernas. For nature lovers the start of the protected Akamas Peninsula is just to the north of the village. Or you can head to the hillside village of Peyia, located just a few kilometres inland from Coral Bay, to sample a traditional Cypriot meze meal at one of its small selection of long established tavernas and village coffee shops.
