Villa Haven is an exclusive villa in the delightful Coral Bay, Paphos, Cyprus, with its own individual private pool. It is furnished to an exceptional standard, is a 2 minute walk to the wonderful beach and central to other amenities. Villa Haven offers a luxurious setting and is located in a calm and picturesque surrounding, commanding magnificent panoramic views of the sea and spectacular mountain range. The local environment is quiet and restful, an atmosphere enhanced by the surrounding greenery. Villa Haven is within easy access to many historical sites, tourist attractions, golf courses, sports facilities and National Park.

Bedrooms: 3 air-conditioned bedrooms. The Master Bedroom with en suite is furnished with a double bed, side tables, fitted wardrobes and dressing table. The remaining two bedrooms are furnished with twin single beds, side tables and fitted wardrobes.

Bathrooms: En suite to master bedroom. Family Bathroom. Downstairs w/c with hand basin.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen, which includes; microwave, hob cooker & oven, toaster, fridge/freezer, kettle, washing machine, crockery, cutlery etc.

Living Rooms: Luxurious/spacious living and dining rooms are elegantly furnished and decorated.

Other: Large private balconies, which provide majestic views of the Mediterranean Sea, mountain range and breathtaking sunsets.

Outside one can enjoy the beautiful landscaped garden and private swimming pool, which are both the focal point of our villa. This is the place solely for you to rest and relax in. All necessary garden and patio furniture are provided.

The villa is fitted with air-con to all bedrooms and the lounge. Other facilities include TV, DVD, CD & Radio, baby cot, private driveway, bed linen and towels provided, maid service once a week, comprehensive welcome grocery pack, hair dryer, hoover, iron/board, sofa bed.

Villa Haven is a 2 minute walk away from the lovely beach and crystal clear sea.

Local sports include 2 non-member golf courses (Tsada and Secret Valley Golf Clubs) that are 10 minutes drive away.

The villa is 1 hour drive from the Troodos Mountains of which Mount Olympus is the highest peak 6,400ft. At the mountains you can either ski or snowboard.

Horse riding in the immediate vicinity and water sports at Coral Bay Beach.

The town of Paphos (or Pafos, Pathos) is just ten minutes drive away. Kato Paphos with its picturesque fishing harbour, fort and archaeological treasures (The Tombs of The Kings, Mosaics) is the main tourist area of the district.

A 15 minute drive north brings you to the beautiful Akamas Peninsula, a very quiet and unspoiled area which is ideal for walking, fishing, painting, bird and wildlife watching.

Villa Haven is a 2 minute walk away from Coral Bay Centre with its shops, bars restaurants and supermarkets.

Whilst the whole island of Cyprus has something to offer, it is the west of the island that seems is most able to claim to have a little of everything with the unspoiled Akamas Peninsular being nearby, to beautiful beaches, to many of the islands historical attractions, to being home to many of the Greek legends. With this in mind, it is no wonder that this area is home to a high percentage of Cyprus villas.

The Coral Bay area

The villa is located in a magnificent position of Coral Bay. The fact that Coral Bay has 320 days of glorious sunshine a year makes it an ideal and wonderful holiday resort. Coral Bay is world renowned for its sandy beach. The area has been developed to a high standard tourist destination and offers everything one might expect from such a high class holiday destination. Plenty of bars and pubs, shops, great restaurants, a lot of water sports activities to enjoy and more.

I AM DELIGHTED TO INFORM YOU THAT WE ALL HAD A GREAT HOLIDAY. THE VILLA WAS WAY ABOVE OUR EXPECTATIONS. ON ARRIVAL WE WERE MET AT THE AIRPORT AS PLANNED AND TRANSPORTED TO OUR
ACCOMMODATION. THE LOCATION WAS EVEN BETTER THAN WE HAD EXPECTED AS IT WAS WITHIN EASY
WALKING DISTANCE OF THE MAIN STREET BUT FAR ENOUGH AWAY TO BE QUIET AT NIGHT. THE VILLA WAS SPOTLESSLY CLEAN , THE GARDEN WAS WELL TENDED AND THE FACILITES WITHIN WERE FIRST CLASS. WE WERE VERY FORTUNATE AS WE DID NOT HAVE TO CONTACT YOUR AGENT ON THE ISLAND AS EVERYTHING WAS FINE AND DID NOT REQUIRE THEIR SERVICES. THE POOL WAS CLEANED OUT TWICE A WEEK AND THE MAID SERVICE WAS CARRIED OUT ON THE MIDDLE WEDNESDAY. WE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE BARBEQUE AND USED IT TWICE. WHAT A FANTASTIC PIECE OF KIT. ARE THEY AVAILABLE IN THE U.K.? MY TWO GRANDCHILDREN AGED 4 & 7 ARE NOW BOTH SWIMMING. THEY HAD A WHALE OF A TIME AND DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE. AS REGARDS MY FUTURE CUSTOM I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE YOUR EXCELLENT FACILITES AGAIN AND WILL TAKE GREAT PLEASURE IN RECOMMENDING THE VILLA/VILLAS TO ANYONE WHO EXPRESSES AN INEREST. I AM CURRENTLY THE PRESIDENT OF MY BOWLING CLUB WHICH HAS 400 MEMBERS WITH SEVERAL ALREADY ASKING ME ABOUT MY HOLIDAY. I WILL BE DELIGHTED TO POINT THEM IN YOUR DIRECTION. WITH YOUR PERMISSION I WILL INSTRUCT THEM TO USE MY NAME AS A REFERENCE AS THEIR POINT OF CONTACT.
