A superb spacious, 5 bedroom detached villa set within 2.500sq.m. of gardens and with an impressive 6x12 meter overflow swimming pool.

It is located in a beautiful green area along the costal road stretching from Coral Bay to St George Harbour. 4km from the renowned Coral Bay Beach and resort. 2km from the entrance to the Akamas National Park and within walking distance to a small selection of fish tavernas serving local cuisine. Only 700 meters to a sandy beach. Paphos Town centre and Kato Pafos resort with the hourbur and the castle are within 15 minutes drive

The impressive villa is totally private, being set in extensive mature gardens giving a feeling of space, yet having the benefit of nearby facilities

The villa has a spacious living room/dining room, it is beautifully furnished and has it’s own large 13x5 meter swimming pool surrounded by extensive sunbathing terraces and lawned gardens with mature fruit trees and plants. There is a shaded veranda and a built-in BBQ area.

The Paphos region

Cyprus plays host to a million British visitors every year. What attracts them are classic Mediterranean features, superb beaches, wonderful weather, plenty of historical and cultural interest, beautiful mountain scenery and villages, plus something extra.

Cyprus sits sun-drenched under clear blue skies for 340 days a year, while people are amongst the friendliest and most welcoming you will find on earth – perhaps due to the fact that so many civilisations have called Cyprus home. English is widely spoken throughout the island. Driving is on the same side as us – on the left, currency is in pounds and cents and electricity is again the same as the UK - 240v and 3-pin plugs.

Paphos (Pafos), known as the 'Playground of the Gods' and is the capital of the west and is teeming with history. Paphos has an interesting rural architecture, a very attractive and picturesque landscape, as well as tracts of unspoilt natural areas. Its cultural treasures are almost unique, while its archaeological sites and historic monuments are fascinating to discover. Paphos is the gateway to the peninsula of Arkamas, a natural wilderness of incredible beauty with breathtaking gorges, spectacular coastlines and enjoyable nature trails.

The Coral Bay area

This is the region for those looking for some of Cyprus’s quieter and more traditional areas. Paphos is a growing resort but it has not entirely lost its small town origins or its hugely important world heritage sites.

The town is split into two: upper and lower Paphos. The lower part, on the coast, contains most of the historic sites whereas the upper town contains most of the main commercial centre, shops and modern museums. The harbour is the main focus of the lower town and is a pleasant place to stroll. Cafes string out along the seafront and there are plenty of places to eat or have a drink and watch the yachts.

Coral Bay is a 600m horseshoe cove with its edges ending in abrupt cliffs, while in the middle an extensive sand and shingle beach is bordered by the rock of coral limestone. The resort is lined with shops, bars and restaurants with a wide range of Cypriot and international cuisine. Home of some beautiful private villas, Coral Bay is a perfect base to explore the pristine coastline to the north, where a tapestry of coves and inlets hide some of the best, and most isolated beaches on the island; or to tour the Troodos Mountains; or discover the delightful little fishing villages of Latchi and Polis.

On the northern edge of the cove, which is a tiny peninsula with cliffs on three sides, the ancient settlement of Maa-Palaiokastro has been unearthed, which dates back to the 13th century. The village of Peyeia sits atop a hill and overlooks Coral bay and Paphos and is one of the most sought after areas within Coral Bay offering modern villas with traditional Cypriot village lifestyle.
