About the home

Our luxury 3 bedroomed villa has its own private pool and beautifully landscaped gardens. It located in a quiet location in beautiful Coral Bay, just 10 minutes from Paphos in Southern Cyprus. Set in the perfect position; less than 5 minutes walk from the beach and excellent bus service, so there's no need to hire a car! Our villa is ideal for couples and families seeking a relaxing holiday destination with all mod cons.

The location of our villa is difficult to better, it is situated in a private gated estate on the outskirts of Coral Bay. Coral Bay beach is widely recognised as the best beach in Cyprus and is just across the road, a small shop and a few restaurants and bars are just a short walk away and a 10 minute walk takes you into the main part of Coral Bay with many more restaurants, bars and clubs to choose from. There is a local bus service leaving from the beach which will take you into Paphos itself.

We have furnished the villa to high standard, there is a king size leather bed in the master bedroom and solid wood furniture throughout. The leather corner settee in the living area is also a sofa bed. We especially enjoyed choosing the fabrics for the curtains and blinds and are very pleased with the results.

Modern luxurious three bedroomed villa situated in the popular area of Coral Bay. Upstairs you will find the en-suite master bedroom with balcony and sea views, two spacious twin bedrooms and family bathroom. Downstairs has a large open plan living and dining area with separate kitchen area and cloakroom. For larger groups an extra sofa bed in the living room means this villa will sleep up to 8 people comfortably.

There is an X-Box with a selection of games, satellite TV and DVD player. Fully equipped and furnished to a very high standard this air-conditioned villa is our home from home for you to enjoy.

Further details outdoors:
Cool off in your private swimming pool, relax on the patio and enjoy the landscaped garden areas. Garden furniture and loungers are provided for those leisure times by the pool or having lunch al fresco with a glass of wine. There is a CD player to use by the pool, beach towels and a barbecue.

20% deposit is payable on booking to secure the property, with the remainder due 4 weeks before departure.

The Paphos region

Our villa is located on the edge of the Akamas peninsula, an area protected by UNESCO. Guests can enter Akamas and enjoy the breathtaking scenery either by horseback, 4x4 jeep or by boat. The town of Paphos has itself been added to UNESCO's World Heritage List since 1980.

Cyprus enjoys 300 days of sunshine a year, in high summer temperatures average 35°c and in winter it rarely falls below 17°c . In contrast, Mount Olympus in the Troodos Mountains is on average some 10°c - 15°c cooler than locations on the coast.

The Coral Bay area

Coral Bay Villa is located in the beautiful Coral Bay. Coral Bay is widely accepted as the best beach in Cyprus and the resort has been developed as a high quality tourist destination with everything one might expect; bars, pubs, shops, great restaurants, as well as lots of water sport activities.

Many guest have stayed at our villa when they have been attending weddings at one of the nearby hotels, notably the Coral Beach Hotel & Resort which just a short walk away.

On our family holidays we enjoy going to the Paphos Water Park, Go-karting and Paphos Bird Park. On our list to do next time are pony trekking, visiting the world heritage sites in Paphos and walking in the Troodos Mountains and Akamas National Park. We are also hoping to go skiing on Mount Olympus which is about a 90 minute drive.
