Paphos was the island's capital for six centuries.

It is the perfect place to combine first class holidays with a walk through history. Immerse yourself in the archaeology, history and culture of Paphos and experience at first hand one of the oldest civilisations of the world.

Paphos offers a wide variety of restaurants, catering for all tastes. Along with taverns, which provide local and Greek dishes, there are restaurants that offer international cuisine such as French, Chinese, Italian, Indian, Lebanese, Japanese, Russian, Mexican and others.

For the sporting enthusiast, the area boasts four top class golf courses, a tennis academy and a large variety of water sports.

There is a myriad of other sporting activities also available in Paphos. Try your hand at bowling or a game of mini golf. Experience the closest thing to being a Formula 1 driver by zooming round a Go Karting track. Go horse riding into the forest or along the one of its beaches.
