There are 3 non-member golf courses (Tsada Golf Club, Secret Valley Golf Club and Aphrodite Hills Golf Club) approximately 20-30 minute-drive away from the villas.

The comfort of guests is a priority in this spacious villa and it is a perfect choice in which to unwind and relax. It has a bright and airy open plan living room with air-conditioning, a raised dining area and two sets of patio doors leading to the terrace. The modern kitchen is well equipped for a self catering holiday and has a breakfast table. Villa Coral Sun has five good sized bedrooms with air-conditioning and built-in wardrobes. One bedroom is on the ground floor with twin beds and a separate shower room.
The luxurious sauna room with a Jacuzzi bath and a shower are on a lower level. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and two with twin beds with en-suite shower rooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and patio doors to a private, sunny balcony with excellent sea views.
There are few other properties available and offer the advantage of accommodating large parties for holidays, weddings, anniversaries etc. They are set in a beautiful area, 50- 120meters apart from each other

This extensive property has lovely sea views, colourful gardens and several terraces on various levels. Some of these provide cooling respite from the many hours of Cypriot sun and others offer a marvellous venue in which to soak up the sun. The large 10/11x5 metre swimming pool is entered by roman steps and has an adjacent poolside shower.
Two large covered dining terraces, one poolside the other outside the dining room together with a built-in barbecue provide the perfect venues for al fresco dining.

A drive into the hills leads you into beautiful countryside and delightful traditional villages where you can enjoy a meal among the wonderfully friendly locals in a tavern. A fifteen minute drive past the Tombs of the Kings takes you into the lively town of Paphos which is rich in night life, shopping for treasures to take home and a wealth of Cypriot and international cuisine.
The picturesque old harbour area of Paphos is a relaxing place to sit over a meal while watching the beautiful yachts come and go. There are many marine excursions leaving from here and nearby the famous Aphrodite Water Park is a superb attraction for family days out. The sporting and adventure facilities in the area are endless and include exciting jeep safaris, balloon flights and deep sea diving.

The Paphos region
Paphos (Pafos), known as the 'Playground of the Gods' and is the capital of the west and is teeming with history. Paphos has an interesting rural architecture, a very attractive and picturesque landscape, as well as tracts of unspoilt natural areas. Its cultural treasures are almost unique, while its archaeological sites and historic monuments are fascinating to discover. Paphos is the gateway to the peninsula of Arkamas, a natural wilderness of incredible beauty with breathtaking gorges, spectacular coastlines and enjoyable nature trails.
The villa is set in a small residential area, amidst lush greenery, surrounded by banana plantations in the beautiful countryside of Pafos, close to the famous Coral Bay area (3.50km). Here one can enjoy its sandy beaches, shops, restaurants, taverns, banks, etc. In the nearby traditional village of Pegeia (1.5 km) there are shops, restaurants, taverns, banks, etc.
Likewise, St. George’s Bay, where many restaurants and taverns are located, is only 1.5 km away from the villas. The nearest restaurant is 150 m away and the nearest kiosk is 250 meters away from the villa. Few other restaurants are in walking distance from the villas Strolling or driving through banana plantations, one can explore the unique Sea Caves, only 800 m from your holiday home. On the outskirts of the Akamas peninsula, boasting unique scenery and beautiful natural beaches, our outstanding, detached villas offer you a chance for escaping.
The Coral Bay area
Coral Bay is a 600m horseshoe cove with its edges ending in abrupt cliffs, while in the middle an extensive sand and shingle beach is bordered by the rock of coral limestone. The resort is lined with shops, bars and restaurants with a wide range of Cypriot and international cuisine. Home of some beautiful private villas, Coral Bay is a perfect base to explore the pristine coastline to the north, where a tapestry of coves and inlets hide some of the best, and most isolated beaches on the island; or to tour the Troodos Mountains; or discover the delightful little fishing villages of Latchi and Polis.
On the northern edge of the cove, which is a tiny peninsula with cliffs on three sides, the ancient settlement of Maa-Palaiokastro has been unearthed, which dates back to the 13th century. The village of Peyeia sits atop a hill and overlooks Coral bay and Paphos and is one of the most sought after areas within Coral Bay offering modern villas with traditional Cypriot village lifestyle.

The villa is situated on the west coast of Cyprus,15km away from the city centre of Pafos, 4km from the famous Coral Bay area and 1.5km from the traditional village of Pegeia and St George Bay. It is 800m away from the sea. The beaches of Coral bay and all amenities are just a five minute drive away. Sea caves area is nearby for those who are looking for adventure while Mediterranean waters are just perfect for snorkelling and any other kind of water sports. For each added person ( 11th and 12th ) there is a supplement of GBP 70 per every added person per week

Air conditioning is optional and charge extraGBP5 per bedroom per day. Sauna & whirlpool/Jacuzzi –separate room with shower- are also optional and charge extra GBP110 - 180 per week (depending of the number of guests).
Car hire:We can arrange for you car hire with delivery and collection at the airport or villa. Payment on delivery (by cash or card). Also we can arrange taxi transfers from/to the airport.
