The interior is smartly designed, carefully planned and fully equipped for the perfect holiday. The lounge with Satellite TV and comfortable sofas and dining area which seats 6, open out onto the patio, pool and garden area, which overlooks the sea. The kitchen is cutting edge with all modern conveniences included.
Towards the rear of the villa there is a twin bedroom with a private walk in shower room and WC (This is ideal for elderly or infirm guests who need ever only use 3 steps throughout the whole property). On the upper level you will find the master bedroom with king-sized bed that opens out onto a large balcony, facing the sparkling blue waters of the Med. There is also a second king-sized bedroom on the upper level, with patio doors leading out onto the aforementioned balcony which is perfect for morning coffees or breakfast whilst watching the sea ripple and the odd little boat sail by. Located between the two is a luxury shower room with double sized tray and an open landing area at the top of the stairs.
This villa also has a cool lower basement level below ground with Table Tennis table and a further shower room.

Immediately outside the villa is the inviting private pool and large surrounding terrace which provides a choice of areas for sun worshipping, alfresco dining and evening entertainment. From there, a pathway slopes down gently towards the Mediterranean Sea, just at the end of the garden.
To enhance your enjoyment of this area the owner has provided a sofa set to seat 4 on a patio near the Sea's edge. Sunrise Beach Villa in Coral Bay is also equipped with a large round wooden table, six chairs 2 parasols and six sun loungers to help soak up every ounce of that long awaited holiday sunshine. There's also a stone built BBQ to make it easy to prepare your own Cypriot cuisine.
The villa has its own gated driveway for parking of a car and is alarmed for your peace of mind.
**Please note that this property can be accessed at any time after 3pm on arrival day. There is a keysafe which we provide a code for. We can arrange taxi transfer by our own driver who knows where the property is and assist with car hire from the airport if desired. The property is professionally managed (you will always have a contact) and has linen changes and light cleaning on a weekly basis (stays of 14 nights or more). Air-Conditioning is included in the rental price as is a welcome pack of basic essentials for your arrival.**
The Paphos District
Cyprus has more to offer the visitor than any other Mediterranean island, a fascinating blend of landscape, climate, history and culture. There is a seemingly endless coastline of sandy coves and beaches washed gently by crystal clear blue waters.
Birthplace of Aphrodite and in Roman times the capital of Cyprus, Paphos is one of the most beautiful and ancient towns of Cyprus and is situated on the southwest coast. Sheltered from the north by the Troodos Mountains, it has the healthiest climate in the Mediterranean. Paphos Harbour with it's ancient castle, marine and water sports centres, is lined with colourful restaurants serving fresh fish and marine delicacies. Nearby are archaeological sites, rich with antiquities, providing an interest away from the usual - in fact UNESCO has included Paphos on it's World Cultural Heritage List.
There are no private beaches on the island and Cyprus boasts dozens of European Blue Flag awards. The secluded sandy beaches are perfect for snorkelling and every watersport you can imagine.
If you want excitement then you may want to visit one of three world class water parks within easy reach that rival any in the world. Or, if you want something more relaxing there are 4 golf courses within 30 minutes drive.
Eating out in Cyprus is not only extremely cheap but also it's virtually impossible to eat badly. A lot of the locals and tourists too, don't bother cooking at home they just eat out. You can get full English breakfasts for around 5 euros and even have a 20 to 30 course meal, the famous 'Cyprus Meze', for around 15 euros. Cuisine from all over the world is on offer for the more discerning diner, and a choice of upmarket, basic and in between dining experiences can easily be had without travelling too far at all.
Buses travel all around Paphos and surrounding villages and is a great value way to see around the area.
The blue flag beaches of Coral Bay are literally within a 5-10 min walk, the main strip of shops and restaurants are also within walking distance making this one of the most conveniently situated holiday villas.
An excellent bus service takes you into the town of Paphos with its historical harbour, gift shops and restaurants. Also the 'Old Town' of Paphos with its blend of high quality shops and traditional markets.
Things to do in the area include Paphos Bird Park, reptile park, horse riding, Akamas Peninsular & Lara Beach Nature Reserve (famous for turtles), hiking/walking, buggy safaris, 4 x 4 safaris, sea caves area, sailing and many more. Amusement and water parks in Paphos are also easily accessible from Coral Bay as are numerous archaeological ruins such as the Tombs of the Kings.

Thank you very much for your time in giving this feedback which is very important for us. May we assure prospective renters that the owner has spent over £40,000 this autumn (2013) upgrading the property. The sewage smell was from a nearby bio tank. The issue has now been resolved and was a one-off.
Re the air-conditioning, it is not possible to remove the timers. May we suggest (with the backing of doctors advice) that it is actually unhealthy to sleep/live in air-conditioned environments for any length of time. The owners have installed flyscreens on the windows and ceiling fans so that there is circulation in the villa and bedrooms and is far more natural (helps hear the gentle sounds of the waves also). You can cool the room for an hour or so prior to going to bed. Wi-fi has been installed also since the review was made and various other additions such as large stone built bbq, new pool liner, tiling around pool terrace, fabulous pool shower, sofa set by the Sea at bottom of the garden and some other things (including new table tennis bats and balls) have made the villa a very appealing prospect for 2014 and beyond.
