About the home

Spacious villa with lovely mountain and sea views .Luxury fittings and good sized bedrooms provide all that is needed for a great family holiday. The villa is set on a larger than average plot.

There is a large terrace, surrouding the overflow pool, furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas. The 10x5 metre pool has a jacuzzi area at the shallow end. A covered pagoda with table and chairs, a stone built BBQ and traditional keftico oven as well as bar area with fridge and sink completes all that is needed for alfresco dining.

Further details indoors:
Entry from road level leads into the open plan living area, with a modern, well equipped, Italian kitchen and spacious dining area. From this area patio doors take you through onto a large furnished balcony with sea and mountain views. Leading off from the living area is the master bedroom which also has patio doors onto the balcony. This bedroom has an en suite shower room. The second double bedroom and twin room have both sea and mountain views, these share use of a family batroom with corner bath and separate shower cubicle.
Downstairs is another large twin bedroom with full en suite bathroom. A spacious lounge with ample furniture is also on this level. There is a 42''plasma TV/DVD (satelite TV limited channels) and a stone fireplace for use on those cooler winter evenings. A selection of books and DVDs are available for our guests entertainment.
Patio doors lead out onto the pool terrace from both the downstairs bedroom and the lounge.
There is a fully equipped utility room complete with washing machine, tumble dryer and further fridge/freezer as well as tea/coffee making facilities. A safe is provided for valuables.

Further details outdoors:
To the front of the property is a courtyard garden, furnished with a table and chairs. A lovely area for catching the morning sun.
A large terrace surrounds the 10x5 metre overflow pool, furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas.The pool has an inbuilt jacuzzi in the shallow end. There is a shower by the pool and a WC leading off the terrace. A stone bar with bar stools houses a water cooler, fridge and sink, so you need not go far from your sun bed to reach for that cool refreshing drink!
A gazebo will shade you from the heat of the midday sun, as you eat lunch, and a BBQ completes the area for al fresco dining.
Steps(gated) lead down by the pool past a selection of fruit trees, to a further fenced garden. This area is laid lawn and surrounded by hibiscus bushes, climbing jasmine and bouganvillia. It overlooks the ravine, vines and sea beyond.
There is a pool table provided for added entertainment.

Further details

Welcome pack is provided on arrival. Air conditioning/central heating and wireless internet access are included in the cost. Pool heating (gas boiler) is available at a surcharge. A weekly linen change will be provided, with full maid service on changeover.
Bath towels are provided, but guests are requested to bring their own beach towels.

Conditions

Deposit of 30% is due at the time of booking. This in non-refundable. The balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to departure, together with a £100 security deposit which is refundable provided there is no damage or breakages.
Insurance-you are advised to make your own insurance arrangements and note that booking deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Please note- smoking is not permitted in the villa.

The Paphos region

Cyprus, the birthplace of Aphrodite, is reknowned for its areas of natural beauty. It has wonderful sandy beaches, rugged coastlines and forest clad mountains and hills.
The popular resort of Coral Bay provides all the facilities for a holiday in the sun. Its centre is lined with shops, bars and restaurants offering a choice of Cypriot and international cuisine.The wonderful sandy beach nearby provides shallow waters for bathing and a variety of watersports.

The Coral Bay area

The town of Paphos is approx 12km away. Here the historical sites can be visited and a larger selection of shops can be found. A livlier nightlife is to be found in the port of Paphos.
There are several golf courses nearby and the area is well known for its PADI diving schools.

Paphos International Airport is closest (approx 40 mins). There are plenty of taxis and car rental firms here.
Larnaca Airport is about an hour and a half away but there is a motorway linking the airport to Paphos.
