Villa Coral Breeze is a beautiful detached 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa situated in the beautiful area of Coral Bay.The Villa is part of an exclusive gated community.The ground floor has a large lounge area furnished to a very high standard with leather sofas which give a totally relaxed feel.Entertainment is provided by a 32" LCD TV,satellite system including BBC1,BBC2,ITV1,CH4 & CH5(payable locally),DVD player and CD music system.A Playstation 2 with 2 controllers is setup in the villa.WiFi Broadband is available.The Dining area has a dining table with six leather chairs which offers a spacious area for relaxed dining.The kitchen is fully fitted including full size cooker and hob,fridge freezer,washing machine,dishwasher,microwave and toaster which are complimented by Granite worktops and breakfast bar.The pool area boasts an 8m x 4m pool with safety equipment and is furnished with sun loungers. The Sun Terrace area has a large table and chairs to enjoy alfresco dining whilst watching the beautiful Coral Bay sunsets.The pool and sun terrace area are enclosed by a beautiful hedge for total privacy.A full size barbecue is also provided.The first floor has 3 bedrooms.Bedroom 1 has a double bed,bedside tables,fitted wardrobes with safety deposit box,dressing table ,en suite bathroom including shower and balcony with beautiful sea views.Bedrooms 2&3 each have 2 single beds,bedside tables and fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has a bath,shower,wc and washbasin. All rooms are fully airconditioned.The villa is situated 200m from the beautiful sandy Corallia Beach with it's sunbeds,watersports centre,bars and tavernas.An all weather bowling green is situated approx 150 metres from the villa.

Coral Bay is a popular resort that has retained its genuine local charm.The pace of life is very laid back and things tend to centre around activity on the beaches.You will also find lots of friendly tavernas and restaurants serving delicious local dishes with seafood a speciality. The bay itself is a natural beach spanning 600m in a crescent shape of powdery white sand,and has earned itself a European Blue Flag Award.The beaches are long and sandy ideal for swimming and sunbathing.The sea has a shallow margin making it ideal for children to play safely.There are many watersports including pedalos and jetski`s.
Close to the bay there are banks,minimarkets,Tavernas and restaurants and there is a local bus service to neighbouring Paphos which runs every 15 minutes.

“Great location and peaceful holiday. Lovely Villa.” We had a lovely stay at Villa Coral Breeze and the owner was very helpful. The location is excellent as it is just across the road from Corallia Beach which is a very nice beach with safe bathing for families with children. The villa had everything we expected and it was lovely and clean on our arrival. The air conditioning and private pool in August was a real plus. Coral Bay itself is an easy 20 minute walk although would be not suited for disabled people wishing to go to the town unless they had a vehicle. We hired a car for the week and this was a real plus as the large supermarket is on the top side of Coral Bay itself although there is a very good supermarket just along the road from the Villa. Baritones is an excellent Italian restaurant 200 metres from the Villa where the food was excellent.
