A few low steps leads up to the front porch of the bungalow and upon entering you will find the open plan dining/living area. Here you will find a small dining table with seating for 4, two extra chairs can be found in the bungalow making seating for 6. The living area is furnished with large comfortable sofas and an armchair seating a total of 6. Here you will find for entertainment a traditional TV set with a DVD player, CD player and a small book collection for you to enjoy either in the shade or out in the sun. From the living area large glass patio doors lead out to the rear of the bungalow where the swimming pool and terrace are found.

Wireless internet access is available at the villa upon request.

Connected to the living/dining area is the bright kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, 4 ring electric hob with electric oven and a microwave. The kitchen has patio doors opening out to the front porch.

From the living/dining area you have direct access to the bungalows 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed, windows overlooking the rear side of the bungalow and has the luxury of an en suite shower room. The second bedroom of the villa is a twin bedroom and a shared bathroom can be found just next to this bedroom.

There is air conditioning in both bedrooms and in the living/dining area. Furthermore the bungalow is equipped with ceiling fans throughout. A hairdryer is available together with an iron and ironing board. A baby cot and high chair can be provided on request.

To the front of the bungalow you will find off street parking suitable for 1 car and closed off with gates.

At the rear side of the bungalow is a terrace accessed by glass patio doors from the living/dining area. Down a few small steps is a brick built barbecue and the garden table and chairs on the terrace gives you the opportunity to enjoy the al-fresco experience. The enclosed area with the 8m x 4m swimming pool, 2 umbrellas and five sunbeds create the ideal spot for a lazy day in the Cypriot sun.

The Paphos region

Paphos Town approximately 15 kilometres away, was once the capital of the island is now included in the official UNESCO list of cultural and natural treasures of the world's heritage. The remains of villas, palaces, theatres, fortresses and tombs mean that the town is of exceptional architectural and historic value. The well preserved mosaics and the Tombs of the Kings are probably the biggest cultural draw with further archaeological discoveries continually being made. Ano Pafos on the cliff is the main administrative centre and residential district while Kato Pafos, by the sea, is the main tourist area built around the harbour and medieval port.

For a taste of the more traditional head to the tiny fishing hamlet of St Georges from where you can enjoy some of the islands most memorable sunset views and dine at one of the small collection of family run tavernas. For nature lovers the start of the protected Akamas Peninsula is just to the north of the village. Or you can head to the hillside village of Peyia, located just a few kilometres inland from Coral Bay to sample a traditional Cypriot meze meal at one of its small selection of long established tavernas and village coffee shops.

Coral Bay

Coral Bay is the well known beach resort for the Paphos district. This family oriented area has become a lively resort with plenty to offer in terms of amenities and activities. A small complex consisting of a supermarket, a small collection of restaurants and a couple of bars is within 500 metres of the villa with the centre of the resort which features a wide selection of restaurants offering both Cypriot and International Cuisines, cafes, bars, shops, a choice of supermarkets, several banks, a chemist and a laundry being approximately 1.5 kilometres away.

The resort boasts two sandy beaches, the busier of the two being the popular Coral Bay Beach, a sandy horseshoe shaped bay honoured with a Blue Flag of the European Union. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire, watersports are on offer and there are two beach cafés providing refreshments. A little further along the coast is the quieter of the two beaches at Corallia Bay, this is the closest of the two beaches to the villa being only 400 metres away. Continue further along the coast from Corallia Bay and you reach the natural rock caves of the area know locally as Sea Caves, an area which provides ideal snorkelling territory and is popular with local scuba diving schools.

Mini golf, watersports and go-karting are all activities available in the immediate Coral Bay area. The Pafos Bird and Animal Park with its daily parrot shows and the Horse Riding Stables which cater for all ages and abilities are both within a 10 minute drive. Extend your exploring to encompass the town of Paphos and the list of available activities expands to include a snooker hall, bowling alley, waterpark, several Heritage sites, attractive harbour area and modern shopping facilities.

There are 3 golf courses; Tsada Golf Course, Secret Valley Golf Course and Aphrodite Hills Golf Course within approximately 40 minutes drive.
