About the home

Villa Corallia Sunset is a recently constructed, privately owned detached villa located on an exclusive gated development in the heart of Coral Bay.

A fully air conditioned, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa providing an exceptional standard of accommodation with its own large private swimming pool and Free broadband WiFi, ipod docking stations, Playstation 2 and Wii games and consoles.

Furnished to a high standard with a large balcony and sea views the master bedroom has a king size bed, Fitted wardrobes, dressing table and en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms also have fitted wardrobes and two beds with the main bathroom situated between them.

Downstairs consists of open plan living with a fully fitted kitchen including luxury granite worktops, a full sized cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave etc. The dining area with dining table seats 6 people comfortably.

The spacious lounge area has a relaxing feel with its leather suites, entertainment centre consisting of LCD TV, DVD player, stereo, WiFi Broadband and Playstation 2. Outside consists of an 8 x 4 metre private pool this area is fully furnished with sunbeds and parasols. There are several seating areas to relax with a full size barbecue provided for al-fresco dining.

Just 350 metres from the villa is the quiet yet beautiful Corallia Beach with its marina, watersports and taverna. A 5 minute stroll will take you to the nearest bars and restaurants and internet cafe with the main Coral Bay centre and its shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets a short walk away.

Dining Room

The Paphos region

The Villa was chosen for its close proximity to the beautiful Corallia Beach and the shops, restaurants and bars of Coral Bay.

Getting around
A car is not necessary unless you want to explore the rest of this beautiful island as a bus service runs regularly from the beach opposite into Paphos for the market and shops etc.
The taxi ride from the airport is approximately £20 Cypriot.

Paphos Harbour and Castle
The harbour at Paphos attracts visitors all year round, who take the opportunity to walk along the quay and maybe visit one of the fish restaurants or tavernas. The view is superb, with lots of colourful fishing boats bobbing in the harbour and the castle guarding the entrance of the castle. The castle is in fact all that remains of a much earlier castle dating from 1391, which was demolished by the Venetians. The Ottomans used it as dungeons and the British as a warehouse for salt! It can be reached via a small bridge over a moat and is worth a visit for the view at the top. Opening hours in winter daily 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., summer daily 9.a.m to 6 p.m. The harbour is also a good place to take a boat tour of the surrounding beaches and coastline.

The Paphos Mosaics
The colourful and intricate Roman mosaics are a must for all visitors to Cyprus. They were discovered by accident in the 1960's further excavation revealed a number of Roman houses all with spectacular mosaics. The main sites are the House of Aion ,the house of Dionysos and the House of Theseus . Opening hours October-March daily 8am to 5pm.April/May to September 8am to 6pm, June to August 8am to 7 pm

The Akamas Peninsular
The Akamas is famous for its abundance of flora and fauna-it boasts 600 different plant species and over 100 types of birds, mammals and reptiles as well as many butterflies. A 30 minute drive to Latchi and you can take a boat from the marina to the amazing Blue Lagoon.

“Villa delivers precisely as described” The booking and stay were managed professionally and without incident. The villa is part of a quiet and private development with a number of owner occupiers. We weren't disturbed by anyone during our stay. There a local contacts available for any queries. The villa itself was pristine and a welcome pack was provided. The beach at Coral Bay is a short walk way as is the main strip where there are plenty of shops and resturants. We wouldn't hesitate in returning to Villa Corallia Sunset.

“Comfortable family villa with everything you could wish for” This villa has everything and is well situated for the beach, shops, restaurants and the bus terminus with buses every 10 mins. The company, Oversee, who maintain the villa, is run by Vicky & Carl and if there should be any problem, no matter how small, they will fix it in an instant, nothing is too much trouble. This is one of the best holidays we have ever had with all the comforts of home.

“Well-equipped, spacious and comfortable. Close to restaurants etc"” The whole experience was a good one. Booked the holiday on New Year's Day when we fancied some sunshine to look forward to. The owner responded straight away and communicated with us to make the booking easy. The villa was beautiful...clean,well presented and v well equipped. The on site service was second to none. They even helped us sort out our wi fi which as everyone knows is not always easy! Kids loved the pool. We could sit in the sun or in the shaded areas sipping our ouzos. Really good relaxing time. Minus point was that the taxi driver we had booked didn't turn up at the airport and the one who took us back tried to charge us 20 euros more than he estimated....otherwise a really great week.

“Fab Villa with wonderful agens who look after you” My family visted this villa in August in Cyprus this year. The Villa was so clean you could have eated your dinner off the floor! The maintenance guys Karl and Vicky were always there to make sure that everything was okay. We had a few hiccups when arrived which were promptly sorted out without any hassle at alll with a smile. The welcome pack we received was one of the best we have ever received and we have rented many villas in different countries. The pool area was fabulous and enjoyed countless bbq's in the evening with the family. There was ample space for everyone and having the downstairs tiolet was a treat for our elderly parents. The bus stop which is about a 10 minute walk from the villa was amazing as for 2 euros you could buy a day ticket and this would allow you to go as far as Paphos harbour and jump on and off the bus as much as you liked during the day. The strip is about a 30 minute walk but we used to just jump on the bus outside the supermarket next to Solemans pub. There's an abundance of places to eat and out favourites were the Tapenyaki, Elephant Bar and the italian Vageino I think it was at the top of the strip. Elephant bar has a greek night on a Thursday which is good. The chines Jade palace was lovely too we got a 25% discount for a takeaaway. We sat outside and had a lovely mean from here at the villa. The last bus from the stip is about 12.15 in the evening which is good otherwise a taxi will cost you about 10 euros. We had a VERY lazy holiday which is just what we wanted after having a hectic year of working so was lovely to chill out and relax. As you can imagine as we went in August it was very very hot and would probably look again at which time we would visit. There are 2 supermarkets to do big shops about a 5 minute drive away. As they drive on the same side of the road us us it was not a problem and you could stock up on essentials. In all we had a fab time and would like to that Glen Gaynor Vicky and Karl for a fab time you guys are a credit.

“A Holiday To Remember” We had a great time at corallia sunset villa the pool and the villa were great,the location is ideal near coral bay beach with all its bars and restuarants.The villa is lovely and clean and spacious and the pool is great.The management team were always helpful and kept the pool lovely and clean we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.We had a late flight home and had to vacate the villa by noon and the management team aquired us a room at the neptune hotel if you are ever in that situation decline that hotel unless you like coachroches running around i must remember to let vicky and carl know.but it didnt spoilour lovely holiday and lovely it was.
