Only 300 meters away from the villas is a regular bus service that connects you to Paphos Harbour or Market and Coral Bay so car hire is not a necessity.
This villa is on two levels and the ground floor features an open plan lounge area with Satellite (limited channels) television and dining facilities. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Also on the ground floor is a shower room.
All the bedrooms are located on the first floor, the master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite shower and there are two twin bedrooms that share the separate bathroom. The bedrooms share the balcony overlooking the pool.
The bedrooms and lounge area have air conditioning for cooling and heating. There is a safety deposit box and a baby cot and high chair are available on request.
From the lounge patio doors you will find the private pool which is 9 x 5m and 1.4m deep throughout. The children's pool is 2 x 2m and only 0.45m deep. There is patio furniture, sunbeds, umbrellas, pool side shower and a portable barbeque. An added bonus to this villa is the roof garden where you can sit and enjoy panoramic views of the area.

The Paphos region
Paphos has been inhabited since the Neolithic period. It was a centre of the cult of Aphrodite and of pre-Hellenic fertility deities.
Aphrodite's legendary birthplace was on this island, where her temple was erected by the Myceneans in the 12th century B.C. The remains of villas, palaces, theatres, fortresses and tombs mean that the site is of exceptional architectural and historic value. The mosaics of Nea Paphos are among the most beautiful in the world.
The Coral Bay area
Coral Bay is the well known beach resort for the Paphos district. This family oriented area has become a lively resort with plenty to offer in terms of amenities and activities. The centre of the resort is within 2kms and features a wide selection of restaurants offering both Cypriot and International Cuisines, cafes, bars, shops, a choice of supermarkets, several banks, a chemist and a laundry.
The resort boasts two sandy beaches, the nearest beach within 500 metres is the quieter of the two called Corallia Bay. The busier of the two being the popular Coral Bay Beach approximately 1 kilometre from the villa. This sandy horseshoe shaped bay honoured with a Blue Flag of the European Union.
Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire, watersports are on offer and there are two beach cafés providing refreshments. If you turn right onto the main road from the complex and continue along the coast and you reach the natural rock caves of the area known locally as Sea Caves, an area which provides ideal snorkelling territory and is popular with local scuba diving schools.
For a taste of the more traditional head to the tiny fishing hamlet of St Georges from where you can enjoy some of the islands most memorable sunset views and dine at one of the small collection of family run tavernas. For nature lovers the start of the protected Akamas Peninsula is just to the north of the village.
Or you can head to the hillside village of Peyia, located just a few kilometres inland from Coral Bay to sample a traditional Cypriot meze meal at one of its small selection of long established tavernas and village coffee shops.
Paphos Town approximately 13 kilometres away, was once the capital of the island is now included in the official UNESCO list of cultural and natural treasures of the world's heritage. The remains of villas, palaces, theatres, fortresses and tombs mean that the town is of exceptional architectural and historic value.
The well preserved mosaics and the Tombs of the Kings are probably the biggest cultural draw with further archaeological discoveries continually being made. Pano Paphos on the cliff is the main administrative centre and residential district while Kato Paphos, by the sea, is the main tourist area built around the harbour and medieval port.
Mini golf, watersports and go-karting are all activities available in the immediate Coral Bay area. The Paphos Bird and Animal Park with its daily parrot shows and the Horse Riding Stables which cater for all ages and abilities are both within a 10 minute drive. Extend your exploring to encompass the town of Paphos and the list of available activities expands to include a snooker hall, bowling alley, waterpark, several Heritage sites, attractive harbour area and modern shopping facilities.
There are 3 golf courses; Tsada Golf Course, Secret Valley Golf Course and Aphrodite Hills Golf Course within approximately 40 minutes drive.
