About this location
The Paphos District
Cyprus plays host to a million British visitors every year. What attracts them are classic Mediterranean features, superb beaches, wonderful weather, plenty of historical and cultural interest, beautiful mountain scenery and villages, plus something extra.
Cyprus sits sun-drenched under clear blue skies for over 300 days a year, while people are amongst the friendliest and most welcoming you will find – perhaps due to the fact that so many civilisations have called Cyprus home. English is widely spoken throughout the island. Driving is on the same side as us – on the left, currency is in pounds and cents and electricity is again the same as the UK - 240v and 3-pin plugs.
Temperatures range from a 14c in winter to the mid 30's in summer.
There are plenty of places to see and activities in Cyprus, these include Paphos Harbour with many boat rides, Aphrodite Baths, Adonis Falls, Tomb of the Kings, Paphos Water Park, Go-Karting and for the more adventurous, Egypt Cruises, jeep safaris and Troodos mountains where they can have skiing in winter months
The island is rapidly developing its reputation as a golfers paradise, with 2 championship courses, Secret Valley and Tsada along with the renowed Aphriodite Hills all within close proximity. You will be in golfers heaven.
Local attractions include crazy golf and within a 20 minute walk Go-Karting. For directions to the Karting, please refer to the business card in the folder.
Visit the local travel agencies for much more information.
The main beach is about 15 minutes walk through town. There you will find a nice beach, a couple of beach bars, sun beds/loungers and water sports.
Dining and Entertainment
There are a range of restaurants locally including local cuisine. We suggest that you take a stroll along the main road to choose your favourite dining experience. A short trip to Peyia or Paphos and you will find many more quality establishments at a reasonable price and usually cheaper than Coral Bay.
We have provided a number of business cards of local restaurants that we have found enjoyable. They are by no means exhaustive and are unique to our tastes. If you have an enjoyable dining experience during your stay please collect their business card and add it to our collection.

We. Arrived late at night and it was difficult to identify the villa. We were awoken on the first night by the sound of breaking glass, the light shade in our sons room had fallen of the fitting. We … More
We are always naturally concerned when any accident happens and undertook an extensive review of the pool and bedroom light. We had a diver check out the pool and other than the broken tile on the steps (in a corner out of the way) there were no sharp edges anywhere else. No prior guests had ever cut their feet.We take safety very importantly and we ensured that we pointed out was the broken tile in the very corner of the step. This was not in a dangerous position and to replace immediately would have meant to empty the pool in mid season for over a week which would have disrupted someones holiday. We have since emptied the pool and the steps are being fully refurbished, again absolutely no other damage was identified. On investigating the lamp shade this has been replaced by undoing the metal frame to put the new one in so is very secure. Oven has been secured with 2 small screws that had worked a little loose. We do maintain competitive rental prices and our policy on electricity is to charge at cost (no profit is made), many villas will charge extra for air conditioning units (approx £5 per day per unit, £20 a day, £140 a week for 4 units)Our customers find it is usually £35 - £90 depending on usage of the aircon units. This year we do expect it to be lower as we have added some eco friendly devices. We advise guests not to leave air con units on all day when they are out or lounging around the pool and to set them to 22-24c. The units work very effectively with a couple of minutes of entering a room. Hot tubs are relatively inexpensive to run, studies say around £1 a day and many of our guests enjoy the experience. We strive to deliver quality at a sensible price with a privately run villa in a superb location as well as being responsive as possible. We continue every year to maintain the villa to a high standard and our guests do appreciate the overall experience. We are sorry in this case the customer did not feel the same.

"Villa fantastic great location"
My 4 friends and I had a great time, the villa was fantastic and in a really great location, not far from bars & restuarants but not too close so at night it was quiet. Hot tub was great for relaxing after hard day by the pool. We would certainly recommend it as great place to stay.

Villa is very conveniently situated, nicely tucked away in a cul de sac off the main Coral Bay strip. Numerous good restaurants within walking distance. Nicely decorated, well appointed villa, lovely pool although it was too chilly when we were there but the hot tub was fabulous!
