Villa Coral Retreat is an exceptional holiday villa in Coral Bay graced with a superb location, whether you choose to stroll the 10 minutes to the blue flag beaches of Coral Bay and beyond to Corallia Beach or simply meander to the nearby shops, bars and restaurants. For those wishing to see more of the beautiful island of Cyprus, car hire is an option, but the excellent value for money bus service is a great way of linking you to the short drive to Paphos and surrounding areas.
The slightly larger than average private pool, is set in a spacious well tended garden. Under the welcome shade of the gazebo from the miday sun, sits a dining table seating 6 and ample lounging furniture is dotted around the garden. Interior and exterior furnishing is of a high standard with a contemporary twist and a strong emphasis on comfort and quality. Night lighting creates a lovely ambiance while enjoying alfresco dining cooked on the Cypriot BBQ. Afterwards take your evening stroll to watch the golden sun set, then sit back and enjoy the entertainment in the local bars and restaurants of Coral Bay.
On the ground floor the large, light and airy open plan lounge/dining area, has Sat TV (limited), DVD/CD, family boardgames, and a ground floor cloakroom. The kitchen is fully fitted and air-con is throughout the villa. All bedrooms have ample wardrobe and draw space. The master has an en-suite with large patio windows leading to the balcony. From here you can enjoy the early morning mountain sunrise and the glorious setting sun over the Mediterranean seas.
Since owning Coral Retreat, we have felt very privileged that many of our guests choose to return year after year.

Villa Coral Retreat stands in a lovely large garden. It has gates to the entrance and driveway and a fence for privacy surrounding the paved garden and private pool area, Beautiful Bourganvillea, Stephanosis and Strelitzia (The birds of Paradise flower) make the garden area a mass of vibrant colour throughout the year and the delicate aroma of the citurs trees when in flower, perfumes the night air.
The close proximity to the heart of Coral Bay and its beach makes this villa a perfect choice for families, couples or a ladies pamper break away. Particularly for those who do not wish to drive as no car is necessary.
High ceilings, large windows, light floaty window dressings and tropical plants dotted throughout gives an airy Mediterranean feel to the villa. The lounge is furnished in brown leather and soft hues of beige marble and the bedrooms in light oak, all creating a restful, family friendly environment.
Each review that is posted by our guests, mention the brilliant location, but also the cleanliness and friendly service they receive during their stay, for this we are very thankful to the brilliant team that manage the villa in our absence.
Cot, highchair, iron, hairdryers, towels/linens, pool towels, timed lighting interior/exterior, board games, dvd's suitable for our younger guests and a good family selection, and an ever growing book collection.
Whilst we can't confess to having a front line sea view, we can however share with you, views of the mountains and rooftop views of the beautiful azure seas from the balcony,. What better way of starting your day, whilst enjoying your morning cup of tea.

Coral Retreat can be found near the end of a private cul de sac of 12 well mainitained individual villas.
The garden at Coral Retreat was designed to incorporate fragrance, colour and relaxation. Quiet areas for chilling out and plenty of safe space for children to play. The garden is seperated from its neighbours by fence for privacy and is accessed by gates at the driveway and front entrance.
The night lighting, highlights features and tropical plants such as the Strelitzia (birds of paradise), vibrant Bourganvillea, and perfumed Stephanotis whilst creating a charming atmosphere for conjuring up your favourite dishes on the Cypriot BBQ. The large patio area has 6 loungers with parasols and drinks tables. Settled under the welcome shade of the gazeebo sits the large patio table seating 6.
The larger than average pool 10x5m, is entered by ladders situated at either end of the pool featuring a shallow end for children. The villa also has a poolside shower, which we request is used to wash excesses of sun cream off, to ensure a clean hygenic pool for all. There are inflatables and a selection of toys found at the villa for our younger guests. Rotary line and ample private parking.
The pool is cleaned twice a week by Dave, who is a gem for directing you to places of interest or suggesting great, if not on the tourist trail, places to eat.

Restricted mobility - Whilst the villa is not adapted for wheelchairs, it is however suitable for guests with minor mobility restrictions due to its level walk to the amenities of Coral Bay and the bus service. Consideration would need to be given as there are three steps to access the villa and the bedrooms are upstairs.

Paphos
Paphos is a mixture of cultures and influences, with something to fascinate all. This is what makes this lovely town one of the most popular holiday destinations in the eastern Mediterranean. The mild, micro climate makes Paphos a year round destination.
Separated into two main areas, Paphos old town is like stepping back in history, whereas the bustling harbour area has more modern influences with it's lovely new promenade and excellent selection of chic restaurants. The harbour also retains its old character with waterside bars and plenty of traditional places to dine and while away an afternoon, people watching. Or experience an Opera under the stars, under the walls of the harbour castle, hosted yearly by the Paphos Aphrodite festival.
The Paphos Mosaics and Tombs of the Kings.
A must for all visitors. the incredibly preserved colourful mosaics and ruins of the Tombs of the Kings.
Troodos Mountains.
Visit the magnificent mountain range of the Troodos, with its clean fresh air in the hot summer months and skiing in the winter.
The Akamas Peninsular.
An area designated as, outstanding natural beauty and hatching ground of the loggerhead turtle at Lara Bay.
Latchi Marina and Polis village square.
Polis village square, has a charming atmosphere and the much needed cooling shade from the summer sun to enjoy a quiet break from your busy sight seeing schedule. The once, small fishing village of Latchi has a cosy harbour with a selection of fish restaurants serving the catch of the day. A little further along the coast you will find The Baths of Aphrodite.
Aphrodites Rock and Pissouri village and jetty.
Legend has it, that Aphrodite the Godess of Love emerged from the sea at Aphrodites Rock.
The Coral Bay area
Coral Retreat is in a truly enviable location. Relaxed, peaceful and yet within easy walking distance of the superb amenities of Coral Bay and the beautiful Blue Flag beaches of the area. Chic restaurants mingling with traditional tavernas, bars, shops and beautiful beaches make Coral Bay the perfect location for a safe, family holiday or romantic break.
No car is necessary, there is an excellent bus service running from the beaches at Coral Bay through to the Old town and Harbour areas of Paphos.
Nearby activities include, horse-riding, go-karting, snorkling, diving, many water sports, children's play area, Zoo, aquarium, excellent walking, wine routes to follow and many archaeological sites to visit.
The Coral Beach Resort and Thalassa Boutique Hotels offer excellent sport and spa facilities for a pamper day.
