About the home

The Zoie Villa is a luxury three bedroom two bathroom villa with private 5m X 10m swimming pool located in the heart of Coral Bay Village and in a nice quiet and relaxing private cul-de-sac and within a short walk of banks, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes as well as the sandy beach at Coral Bay.

This villa is ideal for family holidays and for first time visitors to Paphos as well as those who do not necessarily wish to hire a car for their stay.

Facilities

GROUND FLOOR - The villa has a modern fully fitted kitchen equipped with all the modern comforts, a modern dining area and leather lounge. TV with DVD player and a music system. One of the three bedrooms is located on the ground floor along with one of the two bathrooms.

FIRST FLOOR – There are two bedrooms, the master double bedroom and the second twin bedroom and both offer access to the balcony which enjoys sea views. The main bathroom is also located on the first floor.

The villa also offers a generously spaced area and a pleasant relaxing private outdoor lounge area. The gardens are mature and there are Sunbeds for six, and a 5m X 10m private swimming pool with walk-in steps.

Conditions

If you would like to provisionally reserve the villa pending your search for suitable flights we would be happy to take this villa off the market for you for a period of 3 days upon request. Once you have secured suitable flights and are in a position to confirm the villa booking we ask for a down payment of 30% and the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Please note for flight purposes that we ask that you move into the villa after 15.00 hours on arrival and we would like the property back by 11.00 am on the day of your departure, unless by prior arrangement.

If you would like to hire a car for your holiday, we recommend a local company which will offer you a great deal on car hire. Included in their service, they meet you at the airport (Paphos) and deliver the car to you there. You can then follow them to the villa where they will hand over the keys to the property. This means that you will save an average of € 110.00 for the arrival and return journey to the airport in taxi fares. Their car hire rates are very attractive and we have always been encouraged by the reviews posted to us by previous guests.

Alternatively, if you would like a taxi to collect you at the airport we will send a trustworthy local taxi driver to collect you and he will have the keys to the villa for you. Please feel free to contact Savvas Houlos for either car hire or airport transfers: +35799-359213 houlos@hotmail.com .

The Paphos region

Paphos lies just 10km away from the villa and offers numerous archaeological sites, modern shopping facilities, and a very picturesque harbour with cafes and restaurants. Local sports include a wide selection of water sports, tennis, bowling, and there are three major golf courses within a thirty minute drive away.

The Coral Bay area

Coral Bay Village lies to the west of Paphos and offers an abundant selection of restaurants, tavernas, cafes and supermarkets. The sandy beach of Coral Bay is widely acknowledged as the finest beach in Paphos and possibly the entire island. It also offers a variety of water sports. The villa is conveniently located within a very short walk of all these amenities and car hire is optional and not necessary.

Flights from the UK to Paphos are available from Thomsons, First Choice, British Airways, Cyprus Airways, Excel Airways and from most major UK airports. There are two airports in Cyprus, Paphos International which is approximately 30 minutes away from the villa and Larnaca which is 1.45hours away.

A taxi ride from Paphos Airport to the villa costs Euro 55.00 and from Larnaca Airport Euro 110.00.
