The Iris Villa is a luxury three bedroom villa with 5m X 10m private swimming pool located in the heart of Coral Bay Village and in a relaxing private cul-de-sac within a short walk of banks, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes as well as the sandy beach at Coral Bay.

It benefits from mature grounds, a private pool, is fully furnished both indoors and outdoors, including a full collection of sunbeds and umbrellas for 6 persons, and is ideal for family holidays.

The villa is on two floors and the ground floor is open plan consisting of a fully fitted kitchen, leather lounge area and dining area catering for 6 persons. There is also a guest cloack room on the ground floor. On the first floor there are the three bedrooms with two twins and one double. The double has its own en-suite shower room and there is a full bathroom which is shared between the other two single rooms. The double bedroom and one of the two twin bedrooms have access to the balcony which overlooks the private swimming pool and the gardens of the villa.

The villa offers landscaped gardens, an outdoor shaded area including an outdoor dining area by the pool, a private 5m X 10m swimming pool with walk-in steps, and a full collection of outdoor furniture including sunbeds and umbrellas. The property has secure parking and mature landscaped gardens.

If you would like to provisionally reserve a villa pending your search for suitable flights we would be happy to take the villa off the market for you for a period of 3 days with no obligation. -To secure a villa booking we ask for a down-payment of 30% and the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. Payment can be made to us via either a cheque drawn on a UK bank or by direct bank transfer. We would be happy to provide you with airport transfers or a quote for car hire.

The Paphos region

Paphos is a comparatively major town and offers modern shopping, restaurants offering a wide variety of cuisine, cafes, night-life, and sports. It is also the ancient capital of Cyprus and boasts a large number of fascinating preserved archaeological sites. Paphos also hosts an international airport which offers daily flights to and from the UK.

The Coral Bay area

Coral Bay Village lies to the west of Paphos and offers an abundant selection of restaurants, tavernas, cafes and supermarkets. The sandy beach of Coral Bay is widely acknowledged as the finest beach in Paphos and possibly the entire island. The villa is conveniently located within a very short walk of all these amenities and car hire is optional and not necessary.

Paphos itself lies just 10km away from the villa and offers numerous archaeological sites, modern shopping facilities, and a very picturesque harbour with cafes and restaurants. Local sports include a wide selection of water sports, tennis, bowling, and there are three major golf courses within a thirty minute drive away.

Flights from the UK to Paphos are available from Thomsons, First Choice, British Airways, Cyprus Airways, Excel Airways, EasyJet and from most major UK airports. There are two airports in Cyprus, Paphos International which is approximately 30 minutes away from the villa and Larnaca which is 1.45 away. A taxi ride from Paphos Airport to the villa costs Euro 55.00 and from Larnaca Airport Euro 110.00.

If you would like to hire a car for your holiday, we recommend a local company which will offer you a great deal on car hire. Included in their service, they meet you at the airport (Paphos) and deliver the car to you there. You can then follow them to the villa where they will hand over the keys to the property. This means that you will save an average of € 110.00 for the arrival and return journey to the airport (Paphos) in taxi fares. Their car hire rates are very attractive and we have always been encouraged by the reviews posted to us by previous guests.

Alternatively, if you would like a taxi to collect you at the airport we will send a trustworthy local taxi driver to collect you and he will have the keys to the villa for you. Please feel free to contact Savvas Houlos for further information.

“Dirty, badly equipped, terrible service,don't stay here.” Not sure where to start. We spent a two week family holiday in Coral Bay last July. We were met at the airport with our hire car and taken to the villa that we had booked by the sea in coral Bay. It all went downhill from there! The villa was still being cleaned and we were sent away for an hour. On our return it was still filthy, with unmentionables in the toilet, cockroaches and beer cans by the pool. There was no running water apparently common down by the beach unless the house has a pump. We complained loudly and after much arguing we were moved to Villa Iris. The huge pool was wonderful and it was close to the shops and restaurants. Other than that there is nothing good to say about it. It was grubby and we set about cleaning our second villa in two days. There were no glasses, a few dirty plates and utensils and we had to buy cutlery. There was no WiFI or DVD player as advertised. The garden was stacked with broken sunbeds and the BBq was a tiny portable. Definitely no luxuries in this villa. First Options fobbed us off with repeated excuses and promises but nothing was done. Chris turned up on the last day after repeated phone calls to refund the difference in price between the two villas but was very rude and dismissive. Good go on but suffice to say don't book with First Options there are many villas of a much higher standard in Coral Bay.
