A lovely 3 bedroom luxury villa overlooking the sea near Coral bay with private pool and large garden.Stunningly designed and furnished to the highest standards,located just a short drive from the busier resort of Coral Bay with one more house on the same cul-de-sac (Valia) which make's it a great base for up to 12 people.
The living space is light and bright with full-height doors opening out onto balconies and the pool-terrace, all with sea views. On the ground floor there's a lounge and dining room, a well-planned kitchen with a breakfast bar with two stools which can be used for less formal dining and an en-suite double bedroom with doors out to the terrace. Stairs lead to the two remaining bedrooms on the first floor, one double and one twin, all have balconies facing the sea. The double is en-suite and there's a family bathroom too.
Outside the 9.5m x 4.5m private swimming pool takes pride of place in the centre of a large sunbathing terrace furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. A pergola provides shade for outdoor summer dining making good use of the barbecue provided. A combination of privacy fencing and the mature gardens abundant with vibrant Mediterranean flowers and plants not only add fragrance and colour to the grounds but also ensure excellent privacy for each pool area.
For added entertainment a communal games area is shared by all the villas. This area features a table tennis, subuteo football table and backgammon board all set up under a shady pergola whilst the more energetic can practice their goal scoring ability using the mini goalposts placed in the lawned garden area.
Nayia it's a short walk from the beach and restaurants and it's just a short drive from the busier resort of Coral Bay, the pretty harbourside at St George, and the spectacular landscape of the Akamas National Park.Paphos Town and Kato Paphos resort with the harbour and the castle are within 15 minutes drive.The villa is ideally located for those who wish for a bit of everything from their holiday; relaxation, nightlife and sight-seeing.

Paphos is situated on the West coast of the Mediterranean island of Cyprus and enjoys the best climate on the island, being the warmest in the Winter and the coolest in the Summer. The Villa is located in Paphos.The whole town is on the UNESCO Heritage list.
Paphos was the Roman capital of the island thus most of the history is located in Paphos and the surrounding region. There are mosaics, museums, archaeological sites in abundance, the majority a few minutes drive away from the Villa. There are over nineteen monasteries on the island some of Latin background, some of Greek Orthodox and each monastery makes its own wine.
Paphos is also a wine producing area with many award wining wines. The closest winery is a mere 12 minute drive away from the Villa.
The Paphos area is one of the most beautiful parts of the island with its sweeping coast line and green hills. It is also officially a golfing destination with three 18 hole champion golf courses.
Roman Paphos was the island's capital, and the 3rd century mosaics here are the finest in the Mediterranean. The atmosphere is fun-loving and friendly, with plenty of bars, pubs, discos, a few nightclubs and innumerable eating places providing anything from choice Italian cuisine to sizzling souvlaki off the spit.
Paphos is the new jewel golf resort of the island, with 3 courses and more under construction. The wonderful Aphrodite Hills is East of Paphos, it’s a champion standard course being par 70/71 and 6232 metres, complete with excellent on-site facilities and spa for those who don’t play golf! Secret Valley currently and 18 hole course again East of Paphos, panoramic views and is par 72 and 6120 metres, it is currently being extended to a 36 hole course! Menthis Hills, this is 20 mins away an elevated position 550 metres above sea level ensures cool breezes in the summer, its again par 72 and 6060 metres, it has been redesigned and constructed in summer 2007.
The Coral Bay area
The sandy beach at Coral Bay, approximately 3 kilometre away, is one of the best in the area and honoured with the Blue Flag of the European Union.Close by the Bay you will find large hotels, banks, shops, mini-markets (for provisions and souvenirs), bars, restaurants and street cafes for casual alfresco meals. There are tavernas and snack bars overlooking the sea and a large restaurant in the next bay which is open during the day.
The hillside village of Peyia, is approximately 10 minutes drive inland from the villa and offers a small collection of traditional tavernas and coffee shops. The town of Paphos with it's Heritage sites, modern shopping facilities and attractive harbour area is within a 20 minute drive.
Due to its location it is ideal for those wanting to have a water sports holiday, there are many diving schools locally with everything from beginners courses to some superb wreck diving for the experienced diver. Georges Ranch for those who like horse riding is a 5 minute walk. Due to the climate it is popular for both walking and cycling holidays plus the benefit of the three golf courses and skiing in winter, meaning there is something for everyone.
