A fantastic new property featuring 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, open plan living/dining room. Located in the very centre of Coral Bay, only a 2 minute walk to the lively bars, Taverna's and restaurants of Coral Bay. The award winning Coral Bay beach is only a 10 minute stroll from our property.
The ground floor consists of an open plan living/dining area, there is a TV, and DVD player. We have a fully fitted kitchen to the rear, with a washing machine, fridge/freezer, cooker and microwave. There is also a downstairs lavatory. On the first floor you have two bedrooms;
The main bedroom has a double bed, fully fitted wardrobes, a balcony, dressing table, bedside cabinets with lamps. Whilst the second bedroom has two single beds, fully fitted wardrobes, dressing table, a bedside table and lamp. Also on the first floor is a fully fitted bathroom. All bed linen and bath towels are provided for you. There is a swimming pool beside your own private garden and patio area. If you have a larger party I can arrange extra accommodation on the same complex. The 5 properties on this exclusive complex can sleep up to 26 people, perfect for large wedding groups who want to stay together.

The ancient capital of Paphos is a short drive or bus ride away for wall-to-wall historical sites and livelier nightlife. Close by, the charming village of Peyia offers the perfect place to sample Greek Cypriot meze in a traditional taverna.

Chose this property for its location and we were not disappointed. Close to a large selection of restaurants and bars with easy access from Pafos airport via local buses (currently 2 euros per passenger). There is a supermarket within 5 minutes walk selling everything you need should you choose to self cater your whole stay. The apartment is well equipped and has a great selection of DVDs. Although warm during the day the halogen heaters were very much appreciated as November evenings are chilly in Pafos. It was really nice to have a choice of bath or shower and the extra downstairs toilet made life much easier. |

Just returned from a fantastic holiday in Coral Bay. This was our third stay at this resort but the first time at 4 Coral Bay Cottages. We were a bit apprehensive as we had never booked directly with an owner before but we had no need to worry. The property was even better than we could have imagined - clean, bright and well equipped we couldn't have asked for more. The private sun terrace was lovely with the sun arriving at about 11.30 which was perfect for us as we like to venture out in the morning and get back for a nice relaxing afternoon of sun bathing! The pool is shared with the 4 other properties but only 2 were occupied while we were there so we virtually had the pool to ourselves. 4 Coral Bay Cottages is a lovely, relaxing place to stay and Jim, the owner, is excellent and very helpful, even sorting out Taxis and Car hire. We would definitely recommend it and will definitely stay there again. Just returned back for our second stay at 4 Coral Bay Cottages - and what a treat it was! Perfect location and a lovely homely feel just what you need for a thoroughly relaxing holiday! The weather was great and everybody was so friendly in the local bars, restaurants - we never had a bad meal - and to top it all when you've finished your evening you only have a short stroll back to No 4 - Perfect! This accomodation never lets you down. Internally very homely, externally maturing well. Close to all amenities yet secluded and quiet. Excellent restaurants close to hand. Have had a wonderful weeks rest. Enjoy your stay.

Ideal location for this lovely property. Enjoyed Easter on Cyprus including the fireworks! Friendly people, nice food, good supermarket (look right over the pool). The terrace is a perfect sun trap, don't forget the factor 30!!

Lovely apartment - had a fab time. Everything thought of right down to plastic tubs (I love plastic tubs!!) Coral Bay is excellent - head for Kikkos, great service and great people. Great location and will definately be bringing the kids (15 & 17) next year as Coral Bay will be ideal for them. So glad we opted for No.4 Coral Bay Cottages as it definately has the X Factor. Just to say we really enjoyed our stay at no.4 Coral Cottages.As the advert. states ,it was very close to the main strip and only a short walk to the beaches.The property was clean,spacious and well equipped.I dont think we have stayed in a property with so much storage space.If we ever stay on that side of the island again,we would choose your property without hesitation.If you want to post this on your site ,we would have no objection. FROM THE MINUTE WE WALKED IN THE DOOR WE WERE AT EASE AND KNEW WE WERE GOING TO HAVE A GREAT HOLIDAY.
THE LOCATION WAS SUPERB - CLOSE TO ALL THE AMENITIES, A NICE STROLL TO THE BEACH , QUIET AND WORLD CUP FREE.
THE QUALITY OF THE FITTINGS , THE BOOK CASE ( I READ GAZZA'S BOOK WHICH I THOROUGHLY ENJOYED AND ADDED TO THE COLLECTION BY LEAVING ROY KEANE'S BOOK) THE FURNITURE WAS BETTER THAN I EXPECTED HOWEVER HAVING HAD TIME TO DISCUSS IT WITH MARGARET IT IS CLEAR THAT IT IS NOT JUST A BUSINESS VENTURE. THE PERSONAL TOUCHES MAKE IT A FAMILY HOME.
ON YOUR RECOMMENDATION WE HIRED A CAR FROM NESTOR CAR HIRE FOR A VERY GOOD RATE AND WENT TO THE KURIAM SITE AND BEACH. FASCINATING.
IN ENDING JIM WE WOULD LIKE TO THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN FOR ALLOWING US TO USE YOUR FACILITY AND HOPE THAT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY ENJOY IT FOR MANY YEARS TO COME.
