private balconys in the bedrooms with sea views which is just a 5 minutes drive or walk to the golden blue flag beaches.

The traditional style villa is modern in layout and offers practical spaces and facilities required for a holiday, its landscape gardens and detail is well finished and only looks onto a small church and mountains to the back of the property/sea views to the front no villas looking on from the front.

The ground floor is open plan allowing floods of light ,fully fitted kitchen ice cold electric water machine/ downstairs WC, dining room with sea view and living room with clear view of pool sky tv dvd player/ 3 sets of sliding doors leading to outside veranda with outside dining . The central staircase leading to the first floor offers 3 bedrooms. the master bedroom has its own en-suite and looks on to the coastal views while the other two bedrooms offer private balconies each overlooking different sides of the property catching the sun and shade of the day ideal for a sunrise breakfast or sunset drinks. All rooms offer large built in wardrobe storage and dressing tables with aircon units in every room.towels and linen provided please bring your own bedding for cot.

The exterior space provides relaxing spaces, cool shaded areas and a suntrap beside the large pool.beautiful surroundings. The large sun terrace for alfresco dinning allows shade by the flowering pergola which is situated at the front of the pool with outside table and chairs . The pool is child friendly with a shallow end and large Roman steps on entrance. It has a large outer area which is landscaped with mature citrus trees and flowers which screen the area from outside view. An outside shower, drive and garden furniture from tables to sun beds accommodate. pool cleaned regular at the highest standerds 3 times a week .

in the winter months you can go skiing in troodos which is only 1 hours drive away .

You can fly to Paphos Airport which is about 25 minutes drive away.
There are taxi drivers waiting there day and night who can take you direct to the villa or you can hire a car. there are a lot of companies for car hire that are located in the airport.

“it made our holliday a holliday to remember” allways use Angie as a 1st point of contact as her local knowledge is invalueble, it is a beautiful villa in a beautiful location, ample room for 6 adluts,exceptional clean upon arrival pool very inviting any time of the day, we found a local hire car cheap if you also want to explore out of the way places (reccomended) but taxis are cheap and convenient for local runs. We would like to thank Jill for letting us stop at her beautiful villa allowing us to have a wonderfully care free holliday

“Excellent stay!” Would highly recommend this villa. Children loved the pool, and villa had everything you would need, including a pool man and cleaner when needed! Very spacious and clean, felt like home from home.

“A super villa in an excellent location.” Transfer from the airport to the hotel was faultless. The owners had arranged for a family friend to collect us from the airport and she immediately made us feel welcome, even stopping at the local supermarket so we could stock up!The villa was everthing we had expected, clean and comfortable it had all we needed for a comfortable stay.The pool was spotlessly clean and an extremely friendly and helpful pool man visited twice during our stay to keep it that way. Beaches near the villa were excellent and we spent a couple of days visiting them. All in all we had a wonderful time and are hoping to book again this year!

“Fantastic villa in a great location” The villa is in a excellent location for getting out and about. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and the cleaning lady was very helpful. The pool was not overlooked and was pefect with a shallow end for the little ones and non swimmers. The outside space was great for sunbathing and there was also shaded areas which was great for eating and relaxing in. We sat outside most evenings for our meals and drinks which was lovely. It was my families first holiday to Cyprus and we all had a fantastic time. We would certainly go back.
