The Coral View Villa is a private detached two bedroom two bathroom villa with private pool located just overlooking Coral Bay and within a less than 5 minute derive from the centre of the town as well as the sandy beach of Coral Beach. A traditional stone villa located in a private cul-de-suc just 1.5 km from the centre of Coral Bay and offering complete privacy.

The villa offers a large private mature garden which is all enclosed and thus safe for children. The pool is a "walk-in" pool which is ideal for children and the elderly and there is a shaded outdoor private dining area for relaxation along with a full collection of outdoor furniture including sunbeds and umbrellas for four persons.

If you would like to provisionally reserve the villa pending your search for suitable flights we would be happy to take this villa off the market for you for a period of 3 days upon request. Once you have found secured suitable flights and are in a position to confirm the villa booking we ask for a down payment of 30% and the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. Please note for flight purposes that we ask that you move into the villa after 15.00 hours on arrival and we would like the property back by 11.00 am on the day of your departure, unless by prior arrangement.

The Paphos region

Paphos is a comparatively major town and offers modern shopping, restaurants offering a wide variety of cuisine, cafes, night-life, and sports. It is also the ancient capital of Cyprus and boasts a large number of fascinating preserved archaeological sites. Paphos also hosts an international airport which offers daily flights to and from the UK.

The Coral Bay area

Coral Bay Village/Peyeia lies to the west of Paphos and offers an abundant selection of restaurants, tavernas, cafes and supermarkets. The sandy beach of Coral Bay is widely acknowledged as the finest beach in Paphos and possibly the entire island. The villa is conveniently located within a very short drive of all these amenities. Paphos itself lies just 10km away from the villa and offers numerous archaeological sites, modern shopping facilities, and a very picturesque harbour with cafes and restaurants. Local sports include a wide selection of water sports, tennis, bowling, and there are three major golf courses within a thirty minute drive away.

Flights from the UK to Paphos are available from Thomsons, First Choice, British Airways, Cyprus Airways, Excel Airways and from most major UK airports. There are two airports in Cyprus, Paphos International which is approximately 30 minutes away from the villa and Larnaca which is 1.45 away. A taxi ride from Paphos Airport to the villa costs Euro 55.00 and from Larnaca Airport Euro 110.00.

If you would like to hire a car for your holiday, we recommend a local company which will offer you a great deal on car hire. Included in their service, they meet you at the airport (Paphos) and deliver the car to you there. You can then follow them to the villa where they will hand over the keys to the property. This means that you will save an average of € 110.00 for the arrival and return journey to the airport in taxi fares. Their car hire rates are very attractive and we have always been encouraged by the reviews posted to us by previous guests.

Alternatively, if you would like a taxi to collect you at the airport we will send a trustworthy local taxi driver to collect you and he will have the keys to the villa for you. Please feel free to contact Savvas Houlos for further information.
