A wonderful 3 bedroom Villa ideally located in the centre of the very popular Coral Bay with it's many bars, restaurants, tavernas and shops.

Coral Bay is arguably the best beach between Paphos and Latchi, with golden sands and a sheltered bay that is ideal for children.

All the water sports facilities you could wish for are available at Coral Bay. There are new shower and toilet facilities on the beaches, plenty of sunloungers and parasols to hire and beachfront cafes offering refreshment out of the mid-day sun.

The property has 3 double bedrooms. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor with full en-suite & 2 double bedrooms on the 1st floor both with en-suite shower rooms and access to a spacious balcony. There is also a downstairs cloakroom.

A Large spacious lounge with modern comfortable furniture with patio doors leading on to sunny patio and pool area.

The kitchen is fully fitted comprising beech wood units, fridge/freezer, oven, hob and washing machine. Beech wood dining table and chairs for 6.

Award winning Coral Bay Beach

The Paphos region

Paphos, a small charming harbour town, on the west of the island, which has been, during certain times in antiquity, the capital of Cyprus, has a history which goes back literally thousands of years, and has always attracted visitors from the rest of the island and abroad.

The local people are very welcoming, and most speak good English. As well as the traditional tavernas and specialist fish restaurants, the town has modern European shops and facilities, including a Marks & Spencer store!

Paphos is a great place to go shopping, for souvenirs or traditional crafts and folk art. There is a street market, where you can pick up bargains. There is also 'The Cyprus Handicraft Service', which is a government run organisation specialising in local craft work. Cyprus is well known for its fine craftsmenship in pottery, woodwork, leather, jewellery & metal work, lace & fabric. You are sure to find some interesting gifts to take back home!

Coral Bay is a lovely tourist resort in its own right. There are plenty of Restaurants to choose from and bars open to the early hours.

Coral Bay is located to the West of the Island, approximately 30 mins drive from Paphos. One road is flanked either side with supermarkets, restaurants, souvenir shops and leads down to the beach. A regular bus service runs from Coral Bay to Paphos town.
