This Villa is in a great position in Coral Bay, it is only 3 mins walk from shops, bars and restaurants and 10 mins walk to the lovely sandy beaches of Coral Bay.

The villa boast beautiful views of the Mediterranean and has a private pool. Fully equipped with all mod-cons including TV with Sky Satellite which includes sports, movies and music channels, DVD, dishwasher, air conditioning and lots more.
There is much to do in the surrounding area, there is a regular bus service and many local car hire companies within 5 minutes walking distance.

Bedrooms: 1 double and one twin bedroom. Both bedrooms are fitted with spacious fitted wardrobe and open on to balconies with beautiful views. There is a hair-dryer provided. Bathroom: One bathroom, one cloakroom.
Lounge: Large spacious lounge with 2 modern, comfortable sofas. TV, Satellite, patio doors leading on to sunny patio and pool area. Kitchen/Diner: Fully fitted kitchen comprising beech wood units, fridge/freezer, oven and hob and washing machine and dishwasher. Wooden dining table and chairs for 6.

Outside Area:There is a large terrace area with patio furniture and sun loungers. There is an attractive pool area with lovely sea views. There is a barbecue provided for those lazy evenings. You can enjoy the views whilst sipping your wine and watching the sun set.

The Paphos region

Paphos, a small charming harbour town, on the west of the island, which has been, during certain times in antiquity, the capital of Cyprus, has a history which goes back literally thousands of years, and has always attracted visitors from the rest of the island and abroad.

The local people are very welcoming, and most speak good English. As well as the traditional tavernas and specialist fish restaurants, the town has modern European shops and facilities, including a Marks & Spencer store!

Paphos is a great place to go shopping, for souvenirs or traditional crafts and folk art. There is a street market, where you can pick up bargains. There is also 'The Cyprus Handicraft Service', which is a government run organisation specialising in local craft work. Cyprus is well known for its fine craftsmanship in pottery, woodwork, leather, jewellery & metal work, lace & fabric. You are sure to find some interesting gifts to take back home!

The Coral Bay area

Coral Bay is arguably the best beach between Paphos and Latchi, with golden sands and a sheltered bay that is ideal for children.
All the water sports facilities you could wish for are available at Coral Bay.
There are new shower and toilet facilities on the beaches, plenty of sun loungers and parasols to hire and beach front cafes offering refreshment out of the mid-day sun.
Coral Bay is a lovely tourist resort in its own right. There are plenty of Restaurants to choose from and bars open to the early hours.
Coral Bay is located to the West of the Island, approximately 30 mins drive from Paphos. One road is flanked either side with supermarkets, restaurants, souvenir shops and leads down to the beach. A regular bus service runs from Coral Bay to Paphos town.

“What a wonderful introduction to Cyprus!” This was our first visit to Cyprus and we were not disappointed. The villa was immaculate with 3 good bedrooms and lots of space. The girls enjoyed the pool and Wi-Fi was an added bonus. There was also a daily visit from an ice-cream van! The facilities were very good and I would have no problem recommending a stay here. I would suggest that you hire a car, even though the walk into Kissonerga isn't too bad, as there is lots to see further afield and only a couple of places where open in the village at night. We had a couple of good nights in Coral Bay, which was very lively, even in October. The owners in the UK were very friendly and helpful and provided some useful information to take to the Villa.
