"The Art House is an inspirational place to stay."
Staying in the he Art House was an inspirational experience. With spectacular views over Coogee and close to Central Sydney. We enjoyed our time here and would stay here again. The owner was very organised and the house has everything you need for a comfortable visit.

There were 6 of us in the house and we had plenty of room. Location is fantastic. Short walk to the beach, shops, bus stop etc. The view from the balcony is fabulous. House was clean and well stocked with linens, beach towels etc Linda and Charles were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

"We loved it!"
We travelled six adults in different ages and a one year old. We all really liked the place. The house and the view is fantastic . The house is both beautiful and homely. There were lots of space for all of us to socialize and to have some time for ourselves. The owners Linda and Charles is very nice and helpful. Coogeebeach is a very nice place. The beach is great and you could buy everything you need nearby. We really recommend this holiday rental.

"Absolute water frontage, 180 degree water views, house brimming with art and warmth"
We recently spent 5 days at the Coogee Art House. The location could not have been better. It is in a completely quiet dead-end street, that overlooks the ocean. There is no through traffic and yet you are in the absolute heart of Coogee- the beach, the beautiful rock pools and ocean walks and all the shops. The only sound is the ocean, Check it out on the map and you will see that the location is prime and there is no other houses between you and the ocean. The house is not your average barren holiday rental. The walls are covered with art and books and has a nice open plan living/kitchen area perfect for entertaining. Feels like a home away from home.

"Magnificent views and a home full of character"
We stayed here for just a few days in early June 2012 and loved it - wish we could have stayed longer. The views speak for themselves, a gorgeous rocky island just offshore adding some drama to the ocean scene. The location so tranquil, all you can hear is waves crashing on the rocks and the birds in the very leafy surroundings, but still very convenient to safe and popular beach, loads of shops and cafes, and public transport - and only 15 minutes to the airport. The standout feature was the very personal touch with all the art - this is no characterless holiday house, but someone's much loved family home. Also, loads of wonderful space for our toddler to charge around in, and very accomodating hosts in that regard too!

"A magnificent property all about location and the warmth you feel when staying there"
Wow -we cannot express our delight more when arriving and seeing the location of this beautiful property. Across the road from the beach and beautiful parklands -a quiet location but still walking distance from the hub of Coogee and the great coffee shops and the large variety of quality restaurants. The interior has the most amazing collection of artworks and books to read with a view that takes the breath away. The best part was sitting out on the balcony alfresco style having dinner and watching the whales on their annual journey to warmer waters north. Cannot recommend this property enough and very reasonable in price. Brilliant !!!!
