TARDYS DOG FRIENDLY CONWY
Cottage | 2 bedrooms | sleeps 4
The sitting room is furnished with comfortable sofas (one a sofa bed). As well as a flat-screen TV and a DVD player there are a selection of DVDs, plenty of books, board games, cards, maps, walking guides, so you won't be bored, even - dare we say it - on a rainy day! There is also a dining area with seating for 4. A highchair is also available. The patio door opens out onto the private fully enclosed dog proof patio garden with outdoor dining furniture and views of Conwy Mountain.
You'll find the kitchen is equipped with all the gadgetry and essentials cooks expect, including plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses, so you aren't constantly emptying the dishwasher. A fridge/freezer, microwave, 4 ring gas hob, full size electric oven and washer/dryer are also supplied.
Upstairs, in the double and twin bedroom (with golf course views), the beds are very comfortable and the bathroom has a shower and bath (there is an extra wc and handbasin downstairs too). A travel cot is available. Beds will be made up for your arrival.
Little extras - there is a bedroom TV for your convenience. Baby and dog sitting available by arrangement. Tardys is extremely well insulated with gas central heating at your control and double glazing so you'll stay warm and cosy whatever the season.
A larger group can be accommodated by booking Tardys along with one of our other 2, 3 & 4 bedroom cottages on the marina. Accommodating up to 4 people (perfect for families or two couples) Tardys is also a popular choice for one couple looking for a self catering holiday by the sea.

The North Wales region
The North Wales / Denbigh/Flint/Conwy Region
Located on Conwy Marina near the medieval town of Conwy, the perfect base for exploring North Wales with the Snowdonia National Park, the Victorian seaside towns of Llandudno & Deganwy and the Island of Anglesey close by. Conwy Marina sits at the bottom of Conwy Mountain, the start of the Snowdonia National Park, making it a perfect setting for outdoor activities including hiking, climbing and mountain biking.
There are plenty of opportunities to enjoy water sports of sailing, windsurfing and canoeing as the beach is a 5 minute walk. The fast ferry to Ireland only takes 90 minutes from Holyhead on the Island of Anglesey.
Walk to the beach and Conwy Golf Club, with the excellent golf courses of Llandudno and North Wales also nearby. Walk to the marina pub restaurant The Mulberry, the perfect place to watch the sun go down. Signatures, the BEST restaurant in the Conwy area, is close by. The Mulberry Stores on the marina sells newspapers and groceries and is open 9am to 5pm Mon-Sun.
The medieval town of Conwy, a World Heritage Site, is a pleasant 15 minute riverside walk and is great for shopping, pubs, restaurants, tea rooms, museums, art gallery (free entry) and it's 13th century castle which overlooks the medieval streets and harbour, where the UK's smallest house is. Bodlondeb Park has tennis courts, walking trails, swings and cricket.
A car is not necessary as Conwy train station is 1km to take you to the Snowdonia National Park or Holyhead for a day trip to Ireland by fast ferry in 90 minutes. A bus stop to Llandudno is 200 metres
