In the grounds of Gwern Borter Manor, Farriers Cottage sleeps 4 people (2 Adults and 2 Children) in one double and one bunks and is all on one floor. Despite being our smallest 2 bedroom cottage it is very popular with repeat customers. It has a comfortable lounge providing suitable space for a family to make use of the Sky freeview TV/DVD and CD system. Free DVD library at reception. 3 nights minimum booking. Nice quiet rural location but very central for all attractions and events. The from £xx per night is the winter price for a 7 night booking, so please go to prices for a accurate price for your dates. Up to 18 July 3 nights for the price of 2. Minimum stay 18 July to 29 Aug is 1 week

Farriers Cottage is suitable for families, where parents can forget supervising the kids, who will be very happy playing in the safe play area.

The North Wales region

Conwy is a medieval town with its Edwarian Casle built by Edward 1 to subdue the rebelious Welsh in the 13th century.

We are on the northern edge of the Snowdonia National Park which gives us less rain than deep in the higher mountains, some wonderfull lakes to see, lots of mines, Castles, Stately homes which will give you a flavour of the rich aristocratic history of North Wales.

Conwy

Famous for its historical and architectural heritage, the town of Conwy has become a World Heritage Site.

Conwy has a river festival, food festival, honey fair and seed fair.
