Ty Glas (Blue House) is a spacious, modern and warm house, stunningly located right on the water's edge, with a fantastic sea view over the beautiful Conwy Marina.
Whatever the weather, the house is a wonderfully tranquil place, which is ideal for couples, friends, or for a family holiday - come and be inspired! Once you have stayed here you will understand why our visitors think it is so special!
Ty Glas has 3 bedrooms (double, double, single) so you can wake up to stunning sea views, or views of the majestic Conwy mountain. A pretty white loft provides a perfect retreat to relax, read, or listen to music. Decoratively, the house has a marine theme with white walls, pale wood floors, comfortable sofas, and beautiful bedrooms. It is set in a quiet cul-de-sac on the Marina development, with private off-road parking.
Outside the pretty courtyard garden, complete with table and chairs, is the ideal place to sit and relax with a chilled glass of wine or beer after a day at the beach. There is also a small patio to the front, where you can sit at the water's edge and watch the boats and the world go by. An uncrowded, expansive sandy beach is within 3 minutes' walk, accessed along the Marina footpath directly in front of the house, along with the championship Conwy golf course - try out your skills!
Located within a pleasurable stroll of Conwy, a World Heritage site, with its 13th Century castle and Plas Mawr, (one of the finest examples of an Elizabethan town-house), numerous shops, cafes, and award-winning restaurants. The Snowdonia National Park and Anglesey are also close by. The local shop and pub/restaurant are only 2 minutes' walk away, and the excellent Signatures restaurant is within walking distance.
Ty Glas provides the perfect all-year-round location for you to enjoy a relaxing or active holiday – or both! This cottage has everything to make your holiday memorable!

'It has been said before and it's TRUE - SUPERB!' P&M Oakes (September 2012)
'What a wonderful location for a perfect holiday! We are so looking forward to coming again to Ty Glas. Our children have had the best holiday ever. What more could we ask for! The house is lovely and there is so much to do nearby that a week just wasn't enough. See you again' The Brentnall family (September 2012)
'This was our second visit to the 'Blue House' and we enjoyed it just as much, if not more than last year. The house is perfect, everything you could ask for. Hope to see you again, 'Blue House'.' The Butterworths (August 2012)
'The 'Blue House' is more like staying at a friend's place, rather than an impersonal holiday home. If you love the 'seaside theme' like we do, this house is a delight. The things that get our top marks are cleanliness, nice touches like tea bags, wine, loo rolls and all the utensils, comfy beds, fantastic views and tasteful furniture and decor, especially the framed prints. This is obviously a well-loved holiday home. Congratulations to the owners.' L&C Krzyszowski (June 2012)
'Had a wonderful stay in this lovely house! It is so beautifully decorated and well-equipped that we wanted for nothing. We've stayed in holiday homes all over the world and this has certainly been the best! Thank you!' Peter, Mary, John and Liz (July 2011)

"Stunning location, very comfortable and relaxing house"
This has to be one of the best holiday rentals we have stayed in. The location on the Marina is stunning and there are ever-changing views across the river, sea and the Orme at Llandudno. The house is very well maintained and well equipped which adds to an overall relaxing , comfortable place to be. There is so much to do in the vicinity for all ages - beaches. mountains, walking, castles, zip wiring and cave bouncing (Blanaeu Ffestiniog) and the lovely town of Conwy itself. This was our second visit and we still have more to explore! Thanks you Carys for letting us stay and enjoying this beautiful part of the world.

"Fantastic location and spotlessly clean"
Having stayed on the marina before but at other properties, we were delighted to find the blue house which is front line marina available for our dates. The house is lovely, spotlessly clean and furnished to a high modern standard. We travelled with two children and they loved the proximity to the beach for crabing and the cycle path which runs from virtually outside the house to Deganwy/Llandudno one way and to some great beaches the other way.(flat enough for a 6 year old). We used the owners adult bikes which were great
The owner has thought of everything, even leaving easter eggs for our kids. The scalextric was a hit .

This is a great little cottage. We loved the view over the marina and being able to walk into Conwy was a real bonus. There is so much to do in the area, even If the weather isn't kind. The cottage was very clean and had everything we could need.

Lovely accommodation all very clean. Amazing location by marina so we sat each night watching boats coming and going and deciding which in to buy....when we win the lottery. Ten minute walk along estuary to lovely town of Conwy with bars and restaurants. Lovely comfy beds. Can't wait to go ack.

An absolutely perfect holiday home, beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and every single need catered for. Carys couldn't have been more helpful and Ty Glas was even better than we'd hoped for with wonderful views of the mountains and marina. Lots to do in the surrounding area but so much to do in the house that rainy days would have been no problem.
Can't wait to return, thanks again Carys.
