Location:Erw Lechi Bach is set in sixteen acres of farmland and gardens in Groesffordd, a mile and a half from the heritage castle and walled town of Conwy. A very rural setting, with footpaths for high walking on Tal y Fan, Sychnant and Conwy Mountain, or more gently in the Conwy Valley. Easy access to the wide sandy beaches of Penmaenmawr and Llandudno, mountains of Snowdonia an easy drive away. There are several golf courses within a few miles' - stay a week and play a new course each day.

Accommodation: Three bedrooms, all of exceptional quality, (main king has level-entry wet-room style en suite shower room) family bathroom (bath with shower over), kitchen and large through lounge-diner with multi-fuel stove and doors to large fenced patio which offers views of wonderful countryside and Conwy Castle. This beautiful stable conversion has retained many original features, beams doors etc. and has been furnished and decorated in keeping with this style.

Facilities include geothermal underfloor heating, dishwasher, freezer, washer-dryer, microwave, DVD, extra TV in double bedroom and garden furniture with barbecue in the fully enclosed garden. Bedlinen and towels are supplied, heating and electricity are included. This is a no smoking property and has a Friday changeover.

Numerous visitor attractions include Snowdonia National Park. The popular seaside resort of Llandudno, several World Heritage sites like the stunning Caernarfon Castle and the impressive Pontcysyllte aqueduct designed by Thomas Telford, there is the Mediterranean styled village of Portmeirion, not to mention the many art galleries, studios, museums and theatres which form part of the rich cultural heritage of this amazing country.

Conwy

A beautiful area covering the land leading North from Betws Y Coed to the walled castle town of Conwy by the coast. This area offers beautiful countryside and quiet villages, not to mention all the outdoor activities like mountain biking, fishing, walking, climbing, horse riding and so much more. There are a number of high quality restaurants and cafes, and a good transport network of roads and a railway allowing quick access to Snowdonia in the South and West and the coast to the North.
