Location:Y Stabl (Conwy) is on a working farm in Groesffordd, just one and a half miles south of the walled town of Conwy, with views of the valley and surrounding hills. A good walking area, with Conwy mountain and Tal y Fan close by, other attractions are Conwy castle, RSPB bird reserve and the Great Orme, with its goats and ancient copper mines, chair lift and Victorian Tram to the top. Sandy beaches close by in Llandudno and Penmaenmawr, mountains of Snowdonia are within an easy drive.

Accommodation: This new barn conversion has three bedrooms (single has slide-out single available on request), bathroom, (roll-top bath and large easy-entry shower), separate WC, additional ground floor WC, large kitchen, dining room and lounge with doors to secluded patio garden.

Facilities includes full central heating, additional portable TV with DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, microwave and garden furniture. There is a secure area for bikes etc. Bed linen and towels are supplied, heating and electricity are included in summer, seasonal supplement £30. This is a no smoking property and has a Saturday changeover.

Conwy

A beautiful area covering the land leading North from Betws Y Coed to the walled castle town of Conwy by the coast. This area offers beautiful countryside and quiet villages, not to mention all the outdoor activities like mountain biking, fishing, walking, climbing, horse riding and so much more. There are a number of high quality restaurants and cafes, and a good transport network of roads and a railway allowing quick access to Snowdonia in the South and West and the coast to the North.
