The village offers a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants as well as a working woollen mill and craft shop. The Trefriw Wells Spa, originally used by the Romans, is also worth visiting. The River Conwy and wonderful lakes in the hills above Trefriw provide great fishing opportunities, especially the renowned Llyn Crafnant.
