"An absolutely lovely place to stay"
Snowdonia View was a lovely place to stay for our large family gathering. Perfectly situated in a quiet spot with stunning views of the coast and mountains, we could easily reach the seaside, the mountains, Anglesey and a number of towns and villages. The house itself was very well equipped and very comfortable with everything we could have possibly needed. The owner was easy to contact and very helpful. I would strongly recommend this holiday home to anyone.

"A fabulous property without having to drop your standards to take pets"
We booked this property at very short notice (one day) after deciding to have a break at October half-term but realising that our dogs jabs were not up to date and so we couldn't go to a swanky hotel as we couldn't put them in the kennels. Most of the dog friendly accommodation I looked at was very basic and not the sort of places we would normally stay. I'm reeeeeally fussy when staying away from home and won't use the utensils or take my shoes off normally (even in the executive accommodation at Centre Parcs). I came across this property on the holiday lettings website and was immediately impressed. Although the property was far too large for our party of four (with two other people joining us for one night), it was only £100 more expensive than a three bed very basic place and well worth it!! I drew the long straw and drove down alone in my Fiat 500 with the bags whilst the husband had the kids and the car sick dogs in his car. Needless to say, the husband was rather stressed when we arrived. The owner Trevor was very helpful and accommodating and had lit the wood-burner in the large lounge before we arrived and put the heating on, so it was lovely and cozy and warm. I was a little worried about our dogs as they are not allowed the run of the house at home but very helpfully there is a stair gate on the carpeted stairs which means pets can have the run of the downstairs which is all wood floors without being able to get upstairs. There is one downstairs double bedroom and 5 upstairs rooms, one with 3 beds. The property was very clean, I had no problems taking off my shoes or using the cups and plates and the double bed in the main bedroom is the comfiest I have EVER slept in. The pool table was in constant use and it was such a relaxing way to have a break. I would highly recommend the property for large families with or without pets in tow or groups of friends wanting to holiday together. We are definitely thinking of booking again with some more family members and friends for my 40th next year.

"A weekend to remember"
This is a lovely property built in an amazing serene environment. We were a group of 12. It had sufficient space to accommodate all of us. The place is very well equipped , very neat and clean. A perfect location for a holiday. The snooker table adds the spice to it... The host Mr Trevor was very helpful. We had a great time. I would highly recommend this place...

I booked Snowdonia view at quite short notice for my Wifes Birthday bash. Trevor (the owner) was very helpful and the booking was done in no time at all by email. We arrived at the house on the 24th of Aug. and was immediately taken aback by the sheer size of the house, on entering everyone was delighted at the decor and layout. A few steps up to the mid landing on the fabulous staircase and you will find a very large window and a few pairs of strategically placed binoculars......The view across the bay is simply breathtaking!! Downstairs in the massive lounge there is plenty of seating and a large pool table that was used continually during our stay. The house was very clean and tidy and well equipped. A very nice touch was the welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and sugar although we had brought most of Tesco's with us!! The house is brilliantly located for Colwyn bay, Conway, and Llandudno, all within a few short miles. Hopefully we will be booking again for next year! Now for the bad point.......There was no pint glasses!!.....Luckily I took my own and have left it there to start the collection lol We all had a brilliant time at Snowdonia view and were saddened to leave at the end of our stay!
