Ideally placed on the edge of Snowdonia National Park but close to the coast. This location is ideal for exploring the whole of North Wales. Conwy, Llandudno, Anglesey and Caernarfon are just some of the great towns nearby. There are numerous places to visit whatever the weather.
Numerous tourist attractions mean that no matter how long your stay there will be plenty to do. As well as the attractions, whatever you enjoy doing there is something for you. Whether it is walking by the sea, in the mountains or just in the countryside there are huge number of options. If you want to be more active with mountaineering, all year skiing or someof the best mountain bike tracks in the country then again they are all accessible from the cottages.
For families there are great activities for all ages so you can keep everyone happy including farm parks, cinemas, 10 pin bowling and great off road family cycle routes.
If you just feel like driving around then you will see some of the most spectacular scenery there is from rugged coastlines to the mountain ranges of Snowdonia.
When the days are over then there are numerous places to eat from local cafes to award winning restaurants. Along with the more unusual such as the local Dutch Pancake House and also the Austrian Restaurant
Bodnant Gardens, Conwy Castle, Betws y Coed, Llandudno pier and promenade and Portmeirion are just some of the places to visit.
As well as all the attractions of north Wales there are several festivals that provide additional interest during the year.
