The property is spread over 3 floors with the lounge situated on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the marina. It is appointed with oak style flooring, solid oak tables & leather sofas as well as a 40 inch flat-screen TV and Bluray player and complimentary Wi-fi for the few moments when you aren’t captivated by the view!
The dining room features a solid oak dining table & chairs for 8 people which is ideal whether you are eating together or just want to chat, work or play games.
If you really want to cook there is an oak style fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, double oven, fridge freezer amongst other things. A high chair is also available for our younger guests
The master bedroom is situated on the top floor with it’s own en-suite and views over the marina and features a king size bed, plenty of storage space and a 22 inch TV.
On the ground floor is a second kingsize bedroom with it’s own en-suite and patio doors that boast a magnificent view of the marina. This room also has it's own 22 inch TV.
The twin room is situated on the top floor and with ample storage space and it’s own jack & jill style ensuite including bath when the bunk bed room is not being used.
The bunk bed room is also situated on the top floor and includes quality mattresses that can accommodate an adult as well as special cool to touch lights for each bunk.
A travel cot is also available.
The property also has it’s own laundry room with separate washer & dryer.

Located on Conwy Marina near the medieval town of Conwy, the perfect base for exploring North Wales with the Snowdonia National Park, the Victorian seaside towns of Llandudno & Deganwy and the Island of Anglesey close by. Conwy Marina sits at the bottom of Conwy Mountain, the start of the Snowdonia National Park, making it a perfect setting for outdoor activities including hiking, climbing and mountain biking.
There are plenty of opportunities to enjoy water sports of sailing, windsurfing and canoeing as the beach is a 5 minute walk. The fast ferry to Ireland only takes 90 minutes from Holyhead which is 40 minutes from Conwy by road or train.
The Conwy / Conwy Marina area
A very short 2 minutes walk that takes you to the beach and then there is the Conwy Golf Club with several excellent golf courses nearby and excellent marina pub restaurant The Mulberry.
Here we have the medieval town of Conwy, a World Heritage Site, which is a pleasant 15 minute riverside walk and is great for shopping, pubs, restaurants, tea rooms, museums, art gallery (free entry) and it's 13th century castle which overlooks the medieval streets and harbour, where the UK's smallest house is. Bodlondeb Park has tennis courts, walking trails, playground and cricket.
