All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking. Side garden with garden furniture. Two dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 3 mins walk. Note: Garden is reached via 10 steps, small children will need parental supervision due to 5' drop from edge of garden to road level below. Note: Staircase is rather steep with low head clearance.

Set between the mountains and the sea 7 miles from Conwy in North Wales, the small town of Llanfairfechan has a long sandy beach and a selection of amenities. The town's Terrace Walk offers views as far as Puffin Island and Anglesey. The rest of North Wales is on offer within easy reach, including the Snowdonia National Park.

,The cottage was warm and comfortable for a Winter holiday. It was in a handy location for visits to the coast and mountains. Good facilities in the village, and an excellent chippy at the end of the lane! We hope to go again and walk around the area more next time.

,You closed the door and never heard a sound from the outside, could have been in the middle of nowhere. It was a good location, easy access to the sea and places of interest to visit.

,The property exceeded our expectations - great dog walks from door - either along cob and on the beach or through the village to upland countryside. It is within easy reach of Newborough Warren and the beach, Anglesey, and also Aber Falls very nearby - both great places for dog walking.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
