A 400 year old three storey cotswold stone cottage with a wealth of exposed beams & stonework
Situated in the village of Brimscombe which is 2 miles from the main town of Stroud
Stroud is the main town for the south cotswolds & is known for its cafe culture & artistic & Bohemian lifestyle
The cottage has private off road parking for two cars & a fair sized enclosed rear garden with patio & area of raised decking with a patio set
On the ground floor is the lounge/ diner with free sat tv , large fireplace with solid fuel stove ,window seat ,exposed stonework & beams . leather 4 seater settee & armchair dining table with 5 dining chairs
Kitchen fully equipped with washer /dryer,plenty of crockery glasses saucepans
First floor double bedroom with large fitted wardrobe , bedside cabinets & lamps
Bathroom ,fully tiles with Mira elecetric shower over bath
Second floor ,family bedroom 16ft by 16ft & 15ft high with exposed beams , double bed & two single beds ,cabinets lamps etc
The cottage has full gas central heating & the lounge also has underfloor electric heating
gas & electric are on pay as you go meters with credit obtained from the local shop 200 yards away

Gas & electric are included on all bookings .

All household materials are provided with each booking, together with bed linen & personal towels

There is also a considerable number of DVDs , books, board games & playing cards at the cottage

“highly recomended.” My girlfriend and I stayed at this cottage last summer, we found this comfortable cottage a ideal base for our stay in Conwy. located close to all the attractions conwy has to offer. we found the accommodation very clean and comfy, we could not have asked for more.I would like to give a big thank you to the owner of the property who could not have been more helpful during our stay.
