The North Wales region

Conwy provides a fantastic base to explore the North Wales Coast and beyond. Easily accessed from the A55, this small town boasts a central location to all the sights and stunning scenery that this part of the world has to offer. Conwy has a large doorstep; Llandudno with its world famous Great Orme and pier; Betws-Y-Coed, a town evoking an almost Alpine feel; Anglesey is only 25 minutes along the express way and snakes along some of the most breath-taking coastline in the UK. Of course the beaches are in abundance, a real coastal haven for birds and wildlife. Slightly further afield and across the English border; Chester; only 50 minutes' drive or a short train ride away; surely not to be missed. For further information, maps, walking routes, trains etc…..have a look at…..www.visitllandudno.org.uk

Conwy

Conwy is truly a year round destination; this small medieval town is still protected to this day by the castle town walls and turrets. The cobbled streets will captivate you into exploring all its nooks and crannies, eventually leading down to the ancient quay, where you will find traditional fishmongers selling the world famous Conwy Mussels, visit the smallest house, go crabbing with the kids, or spend time at the Liverpool Arms, where you can get a real feel of a medieval inn.

Although Conwy is a fantastic base for exploring the North Wales coast and beyond; the town itself has a myriad of opportunities to keep all the family entertained; small artisan shops, art galleries, pubs and restaurants are plenty; or if you are feeling brave 'walk the castle town walls' (just don't look down!)

"Charming accommodation within the historic walls of Conwy"

On arrival we were treated to a welcome pack consisting of Wine and Chocolates!!! Which we very much appreciated.
The apartment was spotlessly clean, this combined with a homely atmosphere our stay could not have been better.

Thank you

"Perfect - really relaxing"

The apartment is like a home for home. The facilities are excellent and the apartment lovely, fresh and welcoming. I loved the welcome pack - not tea, coffee and sugar as expected - but wine and hand made chocs - lovely!
The staff are also extremely helpful and friendly
We were so impressed we are going back for new year and cant wait.
Definite recommendation :)

Thank you for your excellent feedback; and we look forward to welcoming you back to Jackdaws Nest over the new year.
