This beautiful villa with private pool in Puglia is situated in stunning countryside outside of Monopoli. You will find yourself in a peaceful setting with the coast and fine sandy beaches no more than 10 km away.

Outside, you can relax around the beautiful private swimming pool (12 x 6 mt) with sun loungers The pool is approx. 20 metres from the villa and is reached via a path in the garden. Inside, the villa is spacious with plenty of space and since there are no stairs, it is suitable for families with small children.

The property has a private parking space and a football and beach volley field.

The very spacious villa consists of a lovely living room with a glass mezzanine with a matrimonial bedroom and sky window pours light throughout this clean and spacious unit. There is also a modern and well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, another bedoom with two single beds joinable if necessary and two bathrooms with a toilet, shower and hair dryers.

Through the outside patio you can go to the second housing unit: a suite composed of a comfortable double bed and another bedoom with two single beds joinable if necessary, a small living area and an equipped kitchen. Bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and shower.

If you are seeking a private villa with beautiful views, countless excursions and especially exotic surroundings typical of the Apulia landscape, then you will love this villa. A car is an absolute necessity when you stay here to get to the coastal towns of Monopoli and Polignano a Mare and the exotic town of Alberobello. The nearest market is 2 km from the villa.

You will certainly appreciate facilities such as air conditioning in all bedrooms, a washing machine and an iron, TV and kettle, a toaster and a microwave in the kitchen.

Arrival is in the afternoon from 4 pm to 11pm, departure until 10 am. Please ask if you want to arrive/depart at different times - I am not strict but it may need planning. In case you arrive after 9 pm to the airport I expect you to take a taxi to make it more depend;

Keep clean & switch off the lights and close the windows when leaving; please close all windows when leaving the house;
Smoking is not allowed inside;

How do damage deposits work?
