the hallway leads into a modern kitchen with all mod cons. Watch the

birds on the feeder outside the window or catch a glimpse of the rabbits

darting in and out of the hedges. In the living room there's two big

leather sofas in front of a large slate open fire - fire lit, feet up

and relax! Patio doors lead to the garden and have views to the northern

fells. For sleeping arrangements, there's a NEW

Size Four Poster Bed: you can even see the fells from the bed, you don't

even need to get up! There's also a twin room. (which can be made as a
