Town house in a quiet area in the centre of Conil. The house is of a high standard, clean throughout, comprising 2 double bedrooms, the master bedroom has an ocean view with double bed and balcony. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and air conditioning, bedrooms have large closets.
Upstairs bathroom has a bath, shower, bidet and toilet. The ground floor has TV with satellite, dining table for 6 and a sofa-bed, downstairs toilet, The kitchen has a washer/dryer and all catering needs.
There is a courtyard leading off the lounge with table, umbrella and chairs.
There are board games and items for the beach at your disposal including body boards, Parasol, lilo, etc.,

Histroy;The Costa de la Luz has a rich history that dates back to the twelfth century BCE. Cultural attractions include Baelo Claudia, the well-preserved ruins of a small Roman city; Cape Trafalgar, where, in 1805, in sight of this promontory, the English admiral, Horatio Nelson, defeated a combined French and Spanish fleet; and La Rábida Monastery.
Attractions and recreation; Aside from the beaches and the sunshine, there are ample opportunities and facilities for leisure activities, like fine dining, golf, kitesurfing, boating, and other water sports. The Costa de la Luz is especially noted for the beauty of its protected natural reserves and a number of first-rate natural attractions. Among them are: the Doñana National Park, where endangered species, such as the Spanish Imperial Eagle, also known as Adalbert's Eagle (Aquila adalberti), and the Iberian Lynx (Felis pardina), can occasionally be sighted; the picturesqueBay of Cádiz; the steeply-pitched shorelines of the southern section of the Andalusian coastline; the salt marshes of Barbate and the seaside cliffs at La Breña (both within the La Breña y Marismas del Barbate Natural Park); and the sprawling wetlands at the mouths of the rivers Tinto and Odiel, where there is a profusion of water fowl and, in season, other migratory birds, including storks and flamingos.

Conil de la Frontera
The perfect place for anyone who wants to be close to all major sites in Conil. Restaurants, grocery stores and the beach are a short walk from the house..
You can rent bikes, karting, golf, forest walks and much more to do and see in the area, especially, are the many white sand beaches to choose from.
There are many golf courses, especially in the neighbouring area of San Andres, Sancti Petri and St. Andrew. There is also a tourist information office 2 minutes walk from the house.Located to the south-east of the province of Cadiz, this is a rich and natural fishing-shore, whose greatest appeal lies on its vast, white beaches, and its cliffs.
Conil de la Fonterra's main industries are fishing and tourism. Its origins date back to the Reconquest, and from its monumental heritage we must point out the Tower of Guzmán, a military fortress from the 14th century; the Baroque church of Misericordia, from the 18th century; and the church of Santa Catalina, rebuilt in the 19th century. In recent years the town has experienced a boom in the tourist industry, thanks to its magnificent beaches.
The extensive beach of Los Bateles is opposite Conil de la Frontera and it has a broad promenade with palm trees as well as a car park. You reach the beach by means of wooden walkways. There are bars, hotels and restaurants. It is visited by surfing enthusiasts.
