About the home

Total plot area is 1,158sq m, with the built up area occupying 143sq m.

The house is made up of large kitchen, large dining room/living room with fireplace, five double bedrooms (one of which has en suite bathroom), plus one extra bathroom. It also has external toilet shower. There is a drive which fits at least 4 cars. Pool measures 10mx5m. The remaining area, approx 850sq m, consists of lawn and mature trees providing shaded areas.
Roche has a mini market, newsagent, chemist and cafe/club. Wi-Fi is available in the square.There are two restaurants within walking distance, one of which has an amazing location overlooking the beach. There are parks and fitness trails and circuit training areas. There is also a church (RC with Sunday morning services). The urbanisation has 24 hour security patrols and has a gated entrance. In Roche, there are 4 floodlit tennis courts, 4 paddle courts, as well as basketball and football. There is a horse riding centre 5-10mins drive away in Novo Sancti Petri. Surfboard hire/wetsuits can be obtained at the surfer paradise beach at El Palmar just 15 mins away. There are more local shops and a reasonable supermarket less than 5 mins drive whilst 10 - 12 mins will take you to Chiclana which has a variety of shops and a large hypermarket. For more shops there is the Bahia Sur shopping mall with a Carrefour and Corte Ingles. The shopping complex at Novo Sancti Petri (about 10 mins away), a purpose built resort, is upmarket and there are also lots of restaurants there. There are also many restaurants in Conil and Vejer. The cultural cities of Cadiz, Jerez and Seville are nearby as are the white mountain villages of Vejer, Medina Sidonia and Arcos de la Frontera. Full details are available in the villa. The Cota Donana, the largest wetlands and bird reserve in Spain are located north west of Cadiz.

There is approximately a 200m walk from the villa down to one of many beach coves, as well as one of the noted best beaches in Spain, La Barrosa. Santi Petri is about 10mins away by car, it has a large hotel with amenities as well Santi Petri golf. About 15 mins drive on one side to the lovely fishing village of Conil, and 15mins up towards Chiclana, then 30 mins away towards Cadiz and the shopping centre Bahia Sur.

Refundable breakages deposit of 400 Euro required on arrival, to be refunded on the day you leave.
50% of rental fee as a deposit and 50% on arrival.

“Lovely stay” The villa is situated in the lovely and upmarket residential area of Roche - on what is arguably the finest stretch of coastline in Southern Spain. The villa is metres away from the picture perfect beaches. We spent many an hour, despite the poor weather at the time, on the beaches enjoying the lovely walks in both directions. The villa itself is very well equipped and was able to sleep 10 people comfortably. All mods and cons were provided for and the fireplace was an absolute bonus and is a lovely feature. We even had a few dips in the pool which was very well kept as were the grounds around it. Plenty of parking and in a very safe area. I have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone. If you have never been to this part of the world I suggest you venture that way and stay in the Dolce Vita. The landlords are very accommodating and friendly.

“Ideal location for a family holiday” Fabulous location and great accommodation with everything you need for a young family. The coastline in this area is stunning and there are plenty of outdoor activities for everyone. The villa was very comfortable and well equipped. Will definitely book again!

“Lovely family villa” My family and I stayed at this villa for a week last year and enjoyed it so much, we booked again for this year. We loved the shared living areas (especially the outside dining area), the fact that the pool is fenced, the proximity to the lovely beach, the accessibility to the shops and restaurants, the salmorejo. Conil was very near and had very good seafood. I also liked that the bedrooms were all about the same, so no squabbling about who got the best rooms.

“Outstanding home from home” La Dolche Vita is an outstanding villa for a family group to stay in for either a short break or longer holiday. It is clean and tidy with all the mod cons needed and an abundance of space inside and out. The garden is secure (with off road parking) and is great for the kids to run around in. The pool is brilliant and is safely fenced off. A lovely outside dining area with bbq off the sitting room made evenings 'at home' an easy option after a long day on the beach. All the bedrooms & bathrooms are comfortable and clean. The villa is only a short walk away from the fantastic beaches and the local amenities (shops & cafes,etc) are not far away either. My family had a wonderful stay and we will certainly return in the future.

“The place to go” We are group of 10 friends and we stayed at this villa in 2010 and again in 2012. It is a fantastic place and if chances are we will come back again. The villa location is perfect, just 3 minutes walk to the beach. And what a beach it is! Great holiday for families with children, you can't beat the place.

“Paradise on earth” We rented summer-houses in many european countries during last ten years, trying to find best place for stay in June, when it is still chilly weather in our Finland. Now we got the best what can be on earth for two families with small children. Even the airport is close (Jerez ) ! There is quite impossible to mention some"dark points" - pictures are VERY realistic. Probably barbeque-oven is not one of the best in the world, but we cooked lobsters -instead of grill them )) So next summer we will come there again - this is place to return

“Tres bonne expérience.” Nous sommes restes pour Noel dans cette charmante villa et nous y avons été très confortable. Les propriétaires s'occupent très bien de la maison et de leurs invites. La villa est tres bien fournie, nous avons vraiment eu l'impression de rester dans une une maison habitées. Nous avons été particulièrement impressionnés par la cuisine, il y a avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Les ballades aux alentour sont très agréables. Villa chaudement recommandée pour une famille avec jeunes enfants.
