For those who are keen to explore a little further afield, the nearby beaches and coves of Barrosa, Cala del Pato and Cala Encendida to name just a few, are all easily reached by car. The small town of Conil de la Frontera is also just a short drive away, and with its white-washed houses, traditional plazas, and large selection of restaurants and bars, is a wonderful option for both day and night. The villa itself enjoys an excellent situation, right on the sea-front, and takes inspiration from its proximity to the beach throughout, from the comfortable furnishings to soothing colour palette. The shaded terrace offers spectacular views out to the ocean, and is the perfect place to watch the sun go down whilst enjoying an evening meal. Grounds: 980m2. House 130m2 all on one level: entrance into hallway that leads to the large living / dining room that has direct access to the covered terrace and garden. It is furnished with one 3-seater sofa, a 2-seater sofa and a confortable chaise long, a wooden coffee table, a Satellite TV, CD- Player and DVD. The dining table seats 6. The kitchen, is fully fitted with fridge freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and also direct access to the garden. Oposit the kitchen there is a bathroom with shower and along the corridor are the three bedrooms (all with fitted wardrobes): 1 master (1.50m x 1.90m) with en suite bathroom with shower, 2 twin bedrooms with seperate beds (0.90 x 1.90). These two rooms share a bathroom with bath. Please note that there is a fourth room with a sofa bed only for maid service use (if not it would be locked). Grounds: There is a covered terrace with an outside teak dining table for 6, a private swimming pool (8.00m x 4.00m) and a smaller pool for small children. Covered parking at the back of the house.

To the northwest of the region are the famous white villages of Andalucia, where narrow steep streets, tiny plazas and white cottages adorned in flowers look out over spectacular surroundings. Stretching from Tarifa in the south right up to the mouth of the Guadiana river, the region?s Costa de la Luz is one of the most beautiful coastlines in all of Spain. You don?t need to venture far to find long virginal beaches like Los Ca?os de Meca or Zahara de los Atunes.
