There are three bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes. It has a 160-bed, two beds of 90 and a litter of 90, with new mattresses and comfortable.
The double bedroom has an en suite bathroom and another bathroom more.
The lounge is very spacious, with dining area and TV, sofa bed and a chair. Give a terrace of 25 m with views out to sea. From this terrace you access to another terrace of 120 m above sea views and the people. There is a small barbecue grills and tables, chairs and sun loungers. The sunsets are unforgettable.
The kitchen is well equipped and has dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, blender, iron, ... and utensils to cook at home enough.
There is a lift that goes to the apartment.

In summer, the minimum rental is for two weeks, though, see other availabilities.
The rate is decreasing to a greater number of days of stay.
Additional fee for parking, 7 € per day.

The stay is from 17: 00 hours on the day of arrival to 12: 00 hours of the day of departure. However, the time of arrival and departure is to agree, within the necessary constraints for the cleaning of the apartment. If arrival after 21: 00, you must pay a supplement of 30 €.
The apartment is rented for a certain number of people. Exceptions to the occupation cannot be without the consent of the owner.
The owner reserves the right to expel anyone who disturbs the peaceful enjoyment of others at any time.
All keys should be returned to the exit. Otherwise, it would incur a fee of € 100 replacement set of keys.
Customers must immediately report all defects of the housing and the damages that occur in the apartment and try to leave it in the best possible conditions. If left with excessive dirt or debris or disorder, the amount of 60 € will be deducted from the deposit of reserve.
Conditions
For the reservation, we request an income of 300 € or its equivalent in pounds in bank account. Upon delivery of keys, delivery of the balance due plus a damage deposit of 300 €. This damage deposit will be returned upon leaving the room when you check that everything is correct.
The Costa de la Luz region


Conil de la Frontera is located in the beautiful Costa de la Luz Cádiz, southwest of Andalusia. This region is famous for its unspoilt beaches, white villages and the fascinating cities of Cádiz, Jerez de la Frontera and Seville. Conil de la Frontera, like much of the Costa de la Luz, has managed to avoid the pitfalls of mass tourism and offers a taste of the real Andalucía for the independent traveller.
Situated on the edge of a stretch of 15 miles of stunning Beach, with over 300 days of sunshine, which combines the beauty of a village in white slopes with the charm of a traditional fishing village. People are very friendly and there is a good relaxed atmosphere. Conil de la Frontera is also an ideal starting point to visit the main attractions nearby, such as the Royal Andalusian School of the art equestrian, in Jerez, whale watching in Tarifa...
The Conil de la Frontera area
There are a variety of things to see, from the alleys and stunning views of Vejer de la Frontera, the beautiful city of Cádiz, the old fortress and kite surfing in Tarifa, wineries and Andalusian horses of Jerez, Seville Orange, flamenco and the Roman ruins of Baelo Claudio on the beach, near Bologna, the Eagleschameleons, lynxes, otters and many other species found in national parks.
For some emotion added in the summer, Aqualand Bay Water Park in Puerto Santa Maria, or the Jerez racing circuit. There are plenty of activities to participate in, in and around Conil de la Frontera. The beautiful beaches, small coves with clean water, and open Crystal offer the opportunity to participate in water sports such as swimming, windsurfing, surfing, Bodyboarding, kitesurf, diving, fishing at sea, diving, canoeing and sailing.
Beaches offer is unlimited, but from North to South on the coast we visit: the coves de Roche, perfect for refuge a day of levante; Oil Cove, near the port, perfect for families; The Puntalejo and the source of the Gallo, all of them between wild cliffs; La Fontanilla, one of the best services and quality of Conil; Los Bateles, closest to the people; Castilnovo, 3 km from beach that runs from Conil to El Palmar; El Palmar, white and fine sand with plenty of sand dunes; Mangueta, 3 km of Virgin beach of El Palmar to Zahora; Zahora, Caños de Meca and much more. In many of them you can go nude sunbathing.
There are nine golf courses of 18 holes. Most of these can be booked online. Club Golf Campano (12 km), designed by Robert Trent Jones, is a course of 5,840 m in length in which all players can be tested regardless of their level. Surrounded by pine forests and olive trees, it has a par of 72. Lomas de Sancti Petri Golf Garden (14 km), designed by the famous golfer Manuel Piñero, is a beautiful golf course with a couple of 68, surrounded by native pines. The course is one difficult, rewarding accurate over the batter and not too long (4,095 m) or pronounced. Golf Melia Sancti Petri (15 km) or La Estancia, was designed by the Dutch architect Alan Rijks and is another beautiful par 72 (5,535 m). Built on the edge of the natural park of protection, the course has a great variety of birds and vegetation, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, Oaks and pines. Novo Sancti Petri Golf Club (18 km) was designed by Severiano Ballesteros and opened its doors in 1990. Consists of two courses, sea and pine trees (6.476 m) and the Centre / Centre new (6071 m) with a par of 72. Dehesa Montenmedio Golf & Country Club (23 km), it was designed by Alejandro Maldonado Montenmedio, and has a unique natural setting. The buildings do not interfere in their 6.260 par 72 m, which offers stunning views over the Atlantic and its surroundings, and often the opportunity to see wildlife along its route.

The floor seemed to us wide, comfortable and clean. Well-endowed appliances although we miss missing a hair dryer. The situation is good, very close to the beach. The relationship with the property has been correct. Near the apartment there are places to eat and take something quite solvent. I would recommend it to friends.
Recommended for: age 55, tourists without car, tourism, families with teenagers, families with young children

spacious apartment and comfortable, fully equipped, highly recommended newly built and very well located to avoid q take car to the beach or the running of the Centre even though we know q in cadiz there are q know how to surf for the days of levante q rarely you miss, we will repeat

Ask for a booking fee (see conditions for cancellations) to secure the apartment. Once the booking fee has been received, you will receive confirmation of your reservation by e-mail. The rest of the amount a damage deposit of 300 € must be paid in the delivery of the keys in cash. Damage deposit is fully refundable and will be returned provided that there is no damage to property, furniture and appliances, in which case the amount of the damage caused will be deducted.

-100% less cancellation costs, if it is made before 60 days of the date of arrival.
-50% if the cancellation is made within 30 days of the date of arrival.
-No bail for cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded.
Cancellation costs are 40 €.
