About the home

Beautiful new villa in Majadales de Roche ( Conil ) in a very quiet rural area, located in a pine wood zone where you will enjoy nature and tranquillity, only 5 minutes drive from Conil and the local beaches. This villa consists on a 3 bedrooms, one of them has a double bed and the bathroom inside.

The living room has a fireplace, The house has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, and the other with shower. The house with an approximate surface of 120 m2 meters and 500 m2 of tropical garden, with a beautiful swimming pool, and a barbecue. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and accessories suitable for up to 6 people.
